"Justin did an excellent job clearing out our drain. He was very prompt and professional. I would certainly hire again!"

"This review will sound like I was paid to write it, and I was not. Promise! I am just that impressed. I am completely blown away! In a nervous, and frantic panic I called CR Plumbing to get some help. I have never had to call a plumber before. My drain was backed up and flooded my laundry room. It was a disaster. I called and spoke with Autumn, she automatically calmed me down. She was very quick getting all of my information, and getting an appointment set up. She had a way to calm a crazy, panicked, stressed mom out. Her customer service was outstanding as well. Autumn thank you for everything. Within a FEW hours Nick and Nathan were out to my home to fix this huge headache of a mess. I am not kidding, within not even 20 minutes they had it fixed and everything working great! We are a home with an immunocompromised kiddo, they offered to wear booties or take their shoes off, and wore masks. They didn't even have to ask me if I wanted them to wear the masks. As a family who is very worried about germs, they sure did make sure to make us feel comfortable and safe. They even went above and beyond to state they were not sick or experiencing any sickness symptoms. Like REALLY, that was amazing. Nick and Nathan made sure to answer all of my questions, and make sure everything was up and working. They even offered to ziptie my washer drain thing, and take out the towels to the trash that were wet. I did not let them but they offered. Where do you get this customer service? I surely have never had someone let alone a company have this amazing customer service. CR Plumbing, you guys have won my business and will be the only ones we will ever use! You guys are amazing, and I am so grateful I bumped into your company on google. You will forever be our favorite and go to. Autumn, Nick, and Nathan (You are the only ones I spoke with) You guys seriously have made such a huge difference in our lives, with your kindness, professionalism, quick service, and patience. I am sure the rest of the team is just as great. The world needs more people like you guys, and more companies that truly understand customer service like you guys do. Thank you again!"

"T-3 Plumbing (Thomas) was knowledgeable, punctual and efficient. He quickly repaired the problem, and left the work site clean. He provided a great service at an affordable price. I highly recommend him and will call T-3 Plumbing if needed in the future."

"Our drain had a MAJOR clog which took a lot of time, effort, and 75 ft of snake to unclog, but he got it done. A few days later a leak developed in the drain connection which was unfortunate, but he promptly came back as scheduled and on time, fixed it, and now everything seems to be fine. We appreciate the prompt attention."

"Mark with Tioga Plumbing and Electric came to our rescue last evening. Mark was polite, compassionate and very respectful of the mess with our kitchen drain clog. He assessed the problem and told us along with the price upfront what he would need to do to fix our drain. We gave him the go ahead and within an hour and a half he was done and totally cleaned up after his equipment. He thoroughly explained every step of the way to my husband. Mark restored our belief that there are good, respectable and Class A service people out there. We will definitely be using Tioga again and will be asking for Mark if he’s available because he reminds us of how service people behaved and completed their work back 30-40 years ago where customer service really meant if your business was successful or not. Tioga and Mark restored our faith that customer service still exists. Call Tioga and ask for Mark as your service technician…you will be very pleased. The Smith’s"

"The job went extremely well it was a service call to have ACE come out and take a look at the PCV pipes and connections running from the part of the AC unit inside my home. I had water leaking from the unit coming up underneath my hardwood. Ryan was great (professional, knowledgeable, very personable); he checked out everything very carefully and found the water was leaking from inside my unit. In addition to checking the pipes and connections on the AC and ensuring no other debris he unclogged the drains in my master bathroom."

"Mr. Morgan showed up and used tools to narrow where the leak was. As a first time home owner, and first time having plumbing issues. He took the time to explain the processes to fix the leak, and answer all my questions. He showed up on time to complete the project."

"Installation was great. The service guys were excellent. The salesperson left out a few important details such as the discounts we were able to eventually get and the communication between the service guys and the salesperson was lacking."

"Technician made it earlier than scheduled time (called ahead). Was in and out in about 40 minutes. Clog cleared and drain viewed with camera."
