In our 69 years, we have never worked with a more professional contractor. They insulated the space, built walls, installed storage doors, lighting, flooring, a new door, and a mini-split A/C and heating unit, turning basic storage into a beautiful, functional craft workspace. The team was honest, dependable, experienced, and highly professional. Office management was organized with excellent communication, the project stayed on schedule, and pricing was fair and transparent. The quality of work was outstanding. Every crew member was kind and courteous, and they cleaned the workspace each evening. Their attention to safety and service gave us complete peace of mind. The finished studio is stunning. "Johnny and his teams did a great job with collaborating with owners from the quote, to design phase and all the way through construction, ensuring safety and quality along the way, even during a pandemic. The project included building a vaulted ceiling/roof and tile work on top of an existing concrete slab. The main features of the patio include a gas fireplace, stone accent wall and sitting bench, ceiling fan, water connection for outdoor appliances, and additional power outlets. Johnny remained a high level of customer service through the 2.5 month period from initial contact through completed project. On rare occasion, homeowners needed to bring some matters up with Johnny regarding subcontractors. In each case he resolved the issues within 24 hours. (The 4-month delay in writing this review was to ensure no quality issues arose; none have, which speaks to the high quality of craftsmanship.)"

"Building during covid and hurricane threats are experiences in themselves. Isaac from ISC Construction was only a phone call away at any time. Building comes with a lot of ins and outs and we always found reasonable back up plans during the problematic times. Mostly due to hurricane building requirements. Make sure you get your pricing locked down and expect the 15-20% extra costs at the end for building as we did. One thing I wished he had would be a building supervisor. The property was far enough to be an issue when certain contractors were there. Maybe he’ll hire me !! A big plus is that he is bilingual and can communicate with the workers. This helped tremendously. The build itself is amazing. We love our house. He helped us find the lot and build! He always says he’s a one-man shop! Ha!"

"First let me just say that we are absolutely thrilled with our major re-imagining of our kitchen, new conservatory room and of course our master bathroom. Tell projects is a family owned business. We selected them from others we interviewed because they have an excellent reputation and provide personal service and attention to detail from the design phase to demolition, construction and finishing. Ours was a major renovation involving changing the entire load bearing structure of our house, creating new indoor space from what was previously an outdoor patio and then a complete renovation of our entire kitchen and master bathroom. All of the work was custom made and executed by Tell's own craftsmen. The attention to detail was quite impressive, right down to the project manager personally walking our property regularly with us to plan and make adjustments to the project as necessary. With such a major renovation, invariably, changes will be made and delays will occur due to weather, materials on backorder etc, but throughout the entire process, the design team, the project manager and the staff at Tell were always working to meet and exceed our needs. We even had regular discussions with the owner who often reached out to us to gauge our level of satisfaction. There is no such thing as a perfect world, and there were times when we had some concerns about some minor issues relating to prep work ahead of our appliance install date, but the folks at Tell were relentless and they got it right and the end result was spectacular. Kudos to Ellie, Adrianna, Zach, Adner, Fernando , Denis and Gustavo. I know I have not mentioned everyone due to space constraints but let me leave with this. If you want your project completed as perfectly as possible by people who actually CARE about their work and take pride in what they do, choose Tell Projects but hey, don't take my word for it....look for yourself"
