"Building during covid and hurricane threats are experiences in themselves. Isaac from ISC Construction was only a phone call away at any time. Building comes with a lot of ins and outs and we always found reasonable back up plans during the problematic times. Mostly due to hurricane building requirements. Make sure you get your pricing locked down and expect the 15-20% extra costs at the end for building as we did. One thing I wished he had would be a building supervisor. The property was far enough to be an issue when certain contractors were there. Maybe he’ll hire me !! A big plus is that he is bilingual and can communicate with the workers. This helped tremendously. The build itself is amazing. We love our house. He helped us find the lot and build! He always says he’s a one-man shop! Ha!"

He had lot of knowledge and found solutions to any obsticles as the work progressed. He went above and beyond. Communication was very easy. I am very happy with completion of my project of installing AC/minisplit, drain / water to run faucet, garbage disposal, electricals, gas stove, hood through roof, cooktop, cabinet for enclosed outdoor kitchen. "I was very impressed by the quick response time by Merick. I had reached out to a number of other service providers and they were the only company that could come within 48 hours. When they arrived, Rick was great. he was very informative and answered the questions I had. I had some challenges throughout the processes but the team was always available to discuss and resolve the issues to make sure I was able to get back into my basement as soon as possible. The owner of the company also got involved to make sure the quality of the work was up to my standards and came out to my house to help provide suggestions to prevent future issues.
