"Z Flooring just installed 1000 sq ft of vinyl flooring (stone polymer composite) in my high rise condo. All the HOA regulations made the whole process much more complicated than necessary, but Zlatko was great to work with throughout the process, even when things finally all came together all at once, he was able to start at very short notice- luckily our schedules aligned! Z is great at communicating and patiently answered all my questions before and during the installation. It really helped put me at ease, because I kind of operate on the assumption that people are out to cheat you. My floors and baseboards look great and I am incredibly happy with how things turned out. The team worked very fast, too! Would definitely use him again if I have a need in the future."

"I had Ruben‘s workers install tile, crown molding, and paint the interior of a 2400 square-foot home. They were also supposed to build a screened porch. They get five stars for tile installation, Crown molding installation, and painting. The screen porch project did not work out, but Ruben did other things for me to make up for what I paid for the screen porch that they were not able to deliver. I highly recommend Ruben and his people, because they are very capable workers and want to ensure that you’re satisfied."

"Nice installation, though the rules and rights should have been handed to me BEFORE the job began. Though Empire did not actually have the floor they advertised, the one they installed is nice. The price was all right but...they left me with three full boxes of engineered floor for which I paid. The materials estimate was too high. Even considering waste, there shouldn't have been two-thirds of a room remaining. Guess I'll make some luxury bird houses for Christmas."

When bidding the project he presented several options I was happy with, but he insisted on going back pick up another sample that he thought I would like even more. He was right, the last one I saw was the one I went with, and it looks great. I wanted to replace all my baseboards due to a missing section. He came up with the idea to repurpose some from a guest room closet. That was replaced with something else and saved me some money. His team was professional while onsite. There were some issues with coloring on the trim and my stairs. Preston had his team sand and re-stain the stairs so I was happy with the finished product. The project took a week longer than initially planned, but Preston was honest, transparent and communicated with me constantly. In the end it looks great and the few extra days were worth the wait. He also brought my daughter a butterfly chrysalis during the installation. Great guy to work with. "
