"Angel came the very day called to repair and stretch my carpet. The carpet tack board was rotted out. He replaced it and stretched the carpet, then cleaned my carpet. I had a spot that had a plant on it. I didnâ t realize the water had spilled over into the carpet. After he left, the stain came back. He returned and cleaned that spot for me. It looks and feels just like new! He also repaired my shower, the grouting needed to be fixed and redone. He did a great job with it. He cleaned my kitchen and bathroom tiles and grout. "Daniel is the owner and he performed the work himself. He didn't send over any workers, employees or some 3rd party subcontractor so that was very reassuring that I was getting a professional to do the job. Daniel provided a written estimate and completed the job as promised. He arrived on time and finished the job on schedule. It took him about 2 hours longer than he had estimated but did not charge me for the extra time. All I needed was the shower floor tile to be re-grouted which seemed like it should have been an easy simple job but apparently the orignal builder's tile contractor used too much mortar which oozed into the grout joints making the removal like chipping out concrete. Daniel was persistent and didn't cut any corners and was able to clean out the joints for the new grout. My tile and grout was 18 years old. I believe he underbid the job so I paid him extra for his time. First photo is the before and then the after. I would highly recommend Daniel."
