"THey were very accommodating and professional. The repair was needed for a broken filter in our water filtration system, and the water company had cut off our water due to the leak. The filter had to be ordered, so I asked the plumber to just bypass the system, since I didn't know if we would replace the filter at all. He did as we asked, and said if we did decide to order a filter so that we could benefit from the filtration system, he had by-passed the system in such a way as to make it easily returned to its previous status. I'm sorry to see that they are no longer on your referral list."

"Do Yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your water softener needs. I had one of their systems installed over a year ago with the understanding that it had a lifetime warranty, the water softener has not worked properly since it was installed and getting any type of help from Big Power Water has been painstaking! I have been stood up three times and I have yet to get them to come out and fix the problem. One of the primary reasons I bought the water softener is because I live in the Hill Country in Texas and its well known for its hard water. I have a young daughter and a Wife that suffer from Exzema as well as to protect our appliances. Since this system has been installed my wife and daughter continue to still have issues with their exzema and I have had to replace two shower heads as well as a dishwasher! This system hasn't used a full bag of salt in over a year and the salt tank holds water to the point of almost full. Of course that is only part of the issues I have had with this system, it began with leaks and then settings and now this! It is absolutely useless and I believe the only other thing worse than the water softener is the customer service that is provided by Big Power Water! So.....we are a hardworking family that is not well off and we are now 2400.00 dollars out for a softener that I am starting to believe will never work right, that is if I can ever even get Big Power Water to come out and try to fix it! I have asked, no, begged them to please take their softener back and give me a refund for the equipment due to the continued issues and complete lack of trust in the equipment. All efforts to return have been shunned & dismissed! This company is a SHAM, they have already stole 2400.00 from us, please look elsewhere such as Culligan or Kinetico for your water softener needs, NOT Big Power Water! BTW, I have never done it before but if I could have left a 0 star rating for this company I would have! update 4/22/18 Big Power Water did return and replace the head on the Softener unit with a new updated version. The system seems to be working correctly now and we have not had any additional issues. It was unfortunate that we needed to go through the process and that it took so long but in the end it looks like they did correct the issues and that we are not getting the benefits of the system. Thank You Big Power Water for coming out and finding a solution to our system issues."

"I called Power Jack Foundation Repair on short notice over the holidays while I was home.  They were able to fit me in on short notice & accommodate me after explaining I work for a company out of town. The receptionist was very pleasant, professional, she made a few calls and was able to squeeze me in their already full schedule.
 
The foundation inspector Ms. Fisher was punctual & called me when they were in route. She explained the entire process & eased my concerns & backed her proposal with a lifetime warranty.
The Power Jack Crew was early and also called when they were in route to my home. The crew was professional and kept me informed throughout the day of work as it progressed. After the job had been completed the Foreman walked the entire perimeter & interior of my home and showed me they were able to close 99% of my exterior brick cracks & interior sheetrock cracks. It was explained to me by my foundation inspector that not all cracks may close & was thrilled that most of them did!

"It went really well, better than expected. Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. I waited to do a review because I wanted to see how the sump pump worked after rain. We have had a couple of good rain events since it was installed and we heard it working and doing its job. The unit is a little loud, but knowing it is working and moving the water out of the crawlspace is all that matters to me."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."
