options we had the rafter tails wrapped, 3 inch siding put on and all the
soffits and fascia wrapped. No more paining maintenance and the home still has
all of its original charm  and after a
year, NO ISSUES!!

Rob made suggestions for the repair which was completed by our waterproofing company. He replaced the dry wall after cutting a one foot high section out of the perimeter of the room for the waterproofing work. Weeks later after the waterproofing was finished, he replaced the dry wall.
