"It was great! Mr Murphy came out to show us his sunroom designs. It was exactly what we wanted. We were able to customize as to exactly match our brick and roof along with other details. He then sent a 3D image with all details along with a very detailed price list. We signed the contract then waited until after the winter to start. Everything went perfect! They obtained the permit, They had great, carpenters, electricians, tile professional and woodworker to attend to every detail. We are delighted, after a recent storm with near 60 mph winds coming right at us from an empty cornfield, not a creek or a moan could be heard. It's so well constructed. We had always wanted to add additional living space to our 1400 sq. ft. ranch home.  We had always had (40 years) a cement patio that led from our patio doors from our kitchen.  It got limited use due to heat/cold extremes and bugs.  We had been researching for roughly 10 years the possibility of an addition to the back of our home.   Earlier this year, we were at a home improvement fair and stopped by a Four Seasons Sunroom booth.  We had heard of the company and decided to talk to the gentlemen in the booth to get a better perspective of their sunrooms.  After listening to them and knowing what we had envisioned for an addition, it just seemed like a perfect match.   My wish list was:  1) the addition had to give me the same feel as being completely outdoors; 2) climate control so we could enjoy it year round; 3) spacious enough for entertaining.  Our specs included: approximately 15 ft width X 19 ft depth x 8 ft height (about 300 sq. ft).  Creative Concepts Home Improvements, Inc.'s base price for a Four Seasons Sunroom was $49,700; additionals were:  1) a heating and air conditioning unit $1,250; 2) flooring $1,900; and a separate electrical box $925 (optional).   We had originally included the installation of a ceiling fan, however, once we saw how low that ceiling fan was going to be in the room, we decided to cancel the ceiling fan. It would have been obstrusive in the center of the room due to low ceiling height and additional air circulation wasn't needed.  The heating and air conditioning unit also provided a fan which works beautifully for air circulation if required.

The design team and the two gentlemen who worked on the project from beginning to end were great.  Communication was great.  They kept us in the loop at all times.  Any concerns/questions we had were answered and/or dealt with right away.  After completion, we had  some water seepage in a few windows.  We called and they came and fixed the problem with some "weeping holes" - hadn't had a problem since.   We have an all glass ceiling which works for us since we have a large tree that shades the sunroom.  However, if you didn't have natural shade, you might want to go with a solid ceiling for shade.   The heating unit has been tested in as low as 25 degrees and heats beautifully.   Worked just as well in the hot summer months when we needed air conditioning in the room.  Our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner.  It has provided us with wonderful "outdoor" space we can use year round and an excellent space for our ever growing family gatherings."

"Vendor Review process - Obtain 2 other quotes were thousands of dollars more than Albar.  Albar obtain great ratings from Angies, Checkbook and BBB. 
Design process - Albar Sales Consultant Moe could not be anymore patient during the design process which took months. Moe showed us all the options and gave us the pros and cons for each. He answers all questions, concerns and issues with complete courtesy even when additional adjustments were needed after the job was completed. He never place any pressure on us which made this an enjoyable process. 
Scheduling - time for installation was set in a  professional manner with our schedule in mind.
Installation - proceeded as scheduled (done in 3 days) and completed in the planned time frame. Joe and Martin were always on time, courteous and always kept the work area clean. The removal process was kept isolated and preform efficiently. The outside and inside framing around the windows, sliders and doors, which I was very concern about, were done to perfection. I was very happy with the aluminum framing and caulking on the outside which looked very professional. The inside trim was also beautifully done and matched our current style and color. 
Issues - were quickly addressed. An incorrect door style was handled by Moe to our satisfaction. A patio slider issue was initiated and followed up by Moe until the manufacturer had corrected the issue. 
In conclusion, I would highly recommend Albar for window and door installation. The Albar team is prompt, organized and truly there to offer the best service and support. I would always choose Albar.
