"Schmitty's Plumbing responded to my Angi's service request almost as soon as I submitted it, and they beat out three other Angi plumbing companies in terms of pricing and transparency. I hired Schmitty's to remove an old double bowl kitchen sink and faucet with a new single bowl sink and upgraded faucet. There was no upselling or attempts to convince us to replace our garbage disposal which two of the other plumbers recommended we do. We saw no reason to replace our disposal which functions well and is not that old. Partners Drake and Gage came out to our home as scheduled, and they got to work immediately working efficiently and thoroughly. We appreciated their no-nonsense, honest, prompt service, and very fair pricing. I chose Schmitty's based on the positive customer reviews, and would hire them again. I told them I would recommend them to all my friends who have plumbing needs!"

"The faucet was leaking on my bathtub with a steady drip. After reviewing YouTube videos on how to replace the Delta cartridge, I thought it was in my capabilities to perform the work. Since I couldn't isolate the bathtub's water supply from the household water supply, and that I'm a law abiding citizen of Murhphy's Law, I couldn't see having the household water supply cut off for several hours while I tried to fix whatever predicament awaited my entanglement. Being of sound mind, I determined a professional touch might be a better plan. I called Drain Pro Plumbing Inc., and I am so happy that I did. Two workers showed up, very polite and capable, and had the cartridge replaced in no time and left no mess. I am pleased with the work they did and haven't had any problems or issues with the repair. Not only did we replace our water heater with a tankless model, but also moved it from the second floor to garage. Zach did all of this on a Saturday for a flat fee!! "I would highly recommend Hunts Services for anyone out there looking for a plumber! Not only are they accommodating and reliable their office staff is super friendly too! We had 2 sewer pipes that were about 4 to 5 feet underground that needed replacing. One of which tree roots grew and broke through the pipe. Danny was excellent with explaining everything and he came by twice to just see how things were going and the workers came on schedule and did an awesome job with cleaning up as well! "I was referred to Apollo Plumbing by G&S Heating, Cooling and Electric when my 75 Gallon Hot Water Heater Failed. G&S originally installed the water heater when they installed my Geo-Thermal Heating system and I’ve always had nothing but praise for G&S. They are honest, ethical and fair in all their business dealings and the quality of the work has been impeccable. Due to some regulatory changes, G&S could not replace my 75 Gallon Water Heater, but instead referred me to Apollo. I called and was helped by Samara, who was extremely helpful in fitting me into the schedule. Zac the installer showed up to my home, a bit late, but I was happy that he had arrived and work could commence. Zac presented me with the estimate for the service and that’s where things took a turn for the worse. I had done some research on the pricing I should expect my new hot water heater to cost. The one that had failed was 12 years old and I could have had the same exact model delivered to my home for $1,100 dollars. Home Depot and Lowes stocked a similar model and would have delivered them to my home for about the same price. Zak delivered an estimate to me that totaled over $4,800.00, of which, $2,300 was for the water heater, about $1,200.00 more than I could have obtained a replacement. When I protested, I got an explanation that it was a specialty item, the only type of water heater Apollo will install and warrantee, and several other meaningless points in trying to justify the cost. Zac did apply a “coupon” reduction of $292.00, however, it didn’t make me feel any better about the situation. I was up against a time constraint of an overseas business trip and didn’t have the luxury of backing out of the appointment, so I reluctantly accepted the estimate. Zac did a good job of installing the new heater. I’m a small business owner and have been in business for 40 years. In that period, I have never had a customer complain about or question the price of any invoice I’ve submitted to them. I was clearly overcharged for the hot water heater. As such, I would recommend others getting competing estimates after they receive one from Apollo to make sure they are not being overcharged. I won’t use them again."

"The technician on the day of the faucet replacement, was on time, very professional, quick and an overall excellent experience. We would use them again. However, they did delay the actual planned original date by one more day, stating that they were too busy to be able to arrive that day, which meant that a whole day wasted waiting for them, hence the low rating on customer service."

"Josh and his coworker showed up same day, were incredibly nice, and looked at a couple issues. They were unable to fix two on the spot (due to faulty fixtures) but fixed one for a very reasonable price. The other price quoted to install a new sink faucet was high, so not sure what we're going to do with that. But I would definitely call them to come out again for anything else."
