"I had rotting wood on the ceiling of my front porch (which was also the base of the second floor porch). As Well Done Handyman started taking it apart we soon realized that the entire structure was rotting and needed to be rebuilt. James had the lead on the project. He designed the second floor porch with a rubber roof and drains covered by deck boards, so that it looked great and there would be good drainage so that rotting would not be a problem again. I soon learned I could depend on James to provide excellent, high quality, detailed work throughout. The cold weather was challenging, but the team really worked hard to complete the project in a timely manner. I am extremely happy with the results!
