"This happened on Sunday. Response was excellent and technician was knowledgeable and very helpful and thorough. His name was Austin. Price I can’t really judge—since I wanted it fixed (replace water heater) immediately I didn’t shop around."

"I bought a water heater. They first connected me with a plumbing company that tried to add on $270 for additional materials and labor costs that they could not justify. I returned the water heater, and they again connected me to Holthaus. Holthaus called later that same afternoon and scheduled for the next morning. Dan came out and installed the water heater and new stand in just an hour. He only charged $30 for additional materials related to new gas fittings. He was very polite, transparent, and thorough. I would highly recommend them."

"I came across US Water Systems while searching for information about water softeners.  I called them and we were able to get the right unit for my home.  Our Matrix softener was shipped the next day!  Two days later the unit arrived at my home.  Installation was breeze and Aaron in customer service answered all my questions,.
Great company to do business with!

"Quickly after purchasing Angie's List deal, the owner called to schedule an appointment, which was a few days later. The installer showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation of my current heater and it's location. Due to my water softener partially in the way of the heater, he decided to remove the door to the closet instead of moving the softener, which saved him time and me money. After checking the dimensions, he was able to reuse my old heater stand, which I also appreciated. With the new water heater designs, he had to do some slight modifications to the copper lines to the house for proper fitment. After making sure there were no leaks, he reinstalled the door and checked to make sure it operated correctly. Overall, he did exactly as he said he'd do in the time allotted for the appointment. I will certainly call Simply Water again for any plumbing needs."

"We have a service agreement with them. We like them and that's why we went ahead and got a service contract with them. They do the heating, cooling and the water heater. They come out 3 times a year. It's either $159 or $179 a year, somewhere in there."

"Week on they came on time and diagnosed the problem.  They had the name of the oven and model on the service call but did not bring any parts.  Week 2 they had the office support to call and let me know the part was in.  Of course I was not home and it took several days to return the call.  When re scheduled, they brought out the part and installed  it.  The oven still did not work properly so another part was to be ordered.  This part was harder to find so it took about two weeks to get this part, call me and reschedule.  This time the part was put in and the oven worked.  I was without an over for over a month and 1/2 .  As I understand the problem, the company can not keep parts on had because the Manufacture requires them to send in the old part to receive a rebate on the product.  This is a costly project for the small business.  It is still a frustration on my part.
