We paid $250 for a service that left our rug looking and smelling nearly as bad as before—just a rinse off, really. When we expressed dissatisfaction, we were promised a manager would call back after vacation, which never happened. After several calls, a tech came but simply applied a deodorizer instead of resolving the issue. Our attempts to reach them led to unanswered calls and unreturned messages. Every time we got a rep, the manager was unavailable, and they insisted on trying to clean our rug again. It's illogical to expect goodwill after such poor service—would anyone return to a poorly rated restaurant? Ultimately, we felt cheated and disappointed. I can't recommend COIT. Save your money and frustration by choosing a company that values its customers. The manager still hasn’t returned our call. Enjoy our $250, COIT. We'll clearly never see it again."

"It was installed, I thought the guys who installed did a good job. About a month later, couple of the planks to raise hence it lost the adhesion. I called Nebraska, the it took 2 months to send an inspector. The Inspector determined the issue was with the quality of the installed floor and not the installer. So I called back Nebraska about the resolution... as frustrating as it is, the person who is handling claim is out of office. This happens always, if you are lucky at the fifth time, you will reach this person and each time they are sorry and they give bs why it was done. This is my 10 month since I start my claim. So frustrated."

"I went to Kelly's to purchase tile and carpet, even though I had heard some horror stories about bad pricing and availability. I specifically asked for what they had IN STOCK. "Janine Marsh" was my sales rep and while she said tile she could get in "a couple of days", she told me to my face that she had my selected carpet IN STOCK. (I didn't need a lot...about 1100 square feet of carpet and about 250 square feet of tile). However, when my installers went to pick it up the next day, it turns out they did NOT have it in stock and worse, after a couple of days of broken promises, it turned out it would take over a week and half MORE to "maybe" get it in. My tile was the same way--over a week and half to "maybe" get it. Promises, promises. Look, if you want my money, don't LIE to me to get it. I cancelled my order the next day and complained to the Manager. This type of sleazy, poor customer service in order to "make the sale" is unacceptable. I ended up getting tile and carpet from the Mart and Floor and Decor for MUCH LESS money for the same or better quality, and they both had a much better selection, which I picked up THE VERY NEXT DAY. I believe the horror stories now on Kelly's and wish I had just gone with my better judgment in the first place. Overpriced, poor selection, and bald faced smiling liars as sales reps. Shame on them, especially "Janine"!"

"The carpet is beautiful. But.. first I was told I would be called when it arrived and instead I called them because I never got a call. They could not find my order. So then I got a call back and he said the carpet had been in for 5 days. And too busy to call. Then he wanted me to be able to drop everything and get off work in a moments notice to be available the next day for the job to be done. That was not possible. Then while the carpet was being laid, I happened to go out and get the mail. Only to notice they stacked the old carpet up against the garage door, instead of in their van. So now, my garage door is all scratched up. I asked why they would do that... they just looked at me. Then I was told... 'well, we expect to damage walls'. I said this is an outside garage door. This should not have happened. Nor should the inside. He stated he would be in contact with me to get it painted. Now it is Jan 2019 and that was Oct 2018. I have given them ample time to be back in contact with me.... and make it right. They were sloppy.,... and I certainly am not happy about the garage door. The door (and house) are only 2 years old... and they don't care what they do to anything the customer owns. I do not recommend them..... not at all. Never go to Baldwin Carpet. Oh.. one other thing. Their estimate is not broken down... so you are basically clueless as to what you are being charged for. You just get 1 total.... that is it. I should have stopped there."
