"Have worked with Jeremy and Larry at 1st Security for a few months now and they're great. "George is a very personable guy and worked hard to make sure the job was done well. His bid to paint the entire exterior of the house was better than the other bid I got by long shot. His guys worked fairly quickly getting the house painted in a few days. 
His company also painted the interior of one of the 1 bedroom apartments and did a nice job. There was an issue that a pervious leak showed through on the ceiling and when I asked George to look at it he sent his guys to prime and repaint it. I appreciated that.
He replaced a small deck and went through the lengthy process of permits and historical society approval with patience.
All in all, I'm happy with George.

"Dannie came to our home in August and gave us a verbal estimate on the job; he never gave us a written estimate which I believe could have prevented the misunderstanding about what the price included. He was not able to start the job in a timely fashion because he was involved in another job and the homeowner kept adding projects which kept pushing our job back. When Dannie started the job, he re-laminated our kitchen countertop and he did an EXCELLENT job! He also installed a new stainless steel kitchen sink which turned out to be the wrong one which had been shipped by the supplier (not his fault). This complicated the whole project and ended up increasing the price...again not his fault. Dannie was pleasant and stood behind his work but I felt that he needed to be more detail oriented. I had to call his attention to several things for him to resolve them.
