"Awful Experience Installers Did A Sorry Job On Installation Of Unit. " Buffingstons Own Service Tech Even said himself. Unit Froze Up Due to installer Error. Installers Ruined Ceiling in several rooms installing duct. Installers Came Back & Did Another Sorry Job Patching. Nothing Ever Done Or Check Up On The Install. Then Need Unit Needs Work Just barely after a year " 1 Month Over Warranty " 🙄. $980 Service Call Just to fix what was caused from Installer Error & Unit was still left with a leak. Next Day I get a call wanting well over $400 To Repair broken washer causing leak. Bottom Line They Do Not Stand by there work & send un trained installers & dont bother checking up on a job done."
