I was dreading the demo (I have a concrete floor) and the mess involved, but these guys came prepared for everything! They used dust abatement measures to protect all my basement-stored items, and they removed and hauled all the debris away when finished with the excavation. What really impressed me was the concrete restoration upon completion. I've previously had a sewer line replaced through the basement floor, and the contractor really "botched" the floor repair. I can't describe how different this experience was! The concrete installed today is immaculate! Dominic takes pride in his work and with good reason! The new concrete is perfect! I am thrilled! "

These guys came in and put a round small cylinder well. Water pumps up into our yard turning it into a swamp. Called them to come and see the problem they created. They cleaned up any large debris and loaded on their truck. Very satisfied with the work. Let’s hope it corrected the problem."

"This company customer service skills and communication are horrid. I had no problem scheduling an appt for someone to sell me on their business but they day the work was to be done, I had to call them 5x for ETA checks on their techs. They were supposed to arrive between 9-9:30am and did not arrive until 1:15pm. Each time I called about the tech ETA, I was told by the receptionist that they would check and call me right back, they never did. The 5th time the receptionist said the supervisor of the techs said they were dispatched to my location early that morning, but he does not know where they are or why they did not show up. The receptionist called back later to say the techs should arrive by 12pm but they did not arrive until 1:15pm. When the techs arrived, I found that their supervisor told them to do a job prior to coming to my location. I was supposed to receive a lifetime warranty for the work done and after 4 calls I still have not received it. Poor customer service."
