"<p>I was told by Adam, the owner, that the installers, Jason and John, would arrive between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m..  They were here at 9:15 a.m.  By 9:45 they had the old softener removed and the water draining from our system.  By 10:15 the new softener was in, being tested, put thru its cycle and the old softener was out of the house. They explained operation to me, which was very easy to understand, gave me the manual, made sure I knew where the name of their company along with the phone number was on the label.  They picked up every piece of material that was on the floor and then double checked for their tools or garbage and left.  Both Jason and John were very professional and polite while they were here. In fact they washed the floor under the old softener and brine bin before they installed the new one.  These two young men really knew their business.</p> <p>When I had gotten my price quote from Adam I had asked him if they could leave the old brine bin outside so I might use it in my rain water collection or some other gardening use.  He said sure and then asked me if I would like more of the old bins free of charge.  He said he hated to just put them in recycling, so he had the installers bring me 4 more bins.  I think that is a great way to recycle and reuse.</p> <p>I would recommend Adam's Water Treatment company to everyone.  </p> <br />"
