Dreamville Remodeling oversaw and executed a major addition to our home - the addition of a new kitchen, bathroom and basement transformation along with turning our carport into a living room, and internal restructuring to create new rooms for new uses. "Alex and Sara were great to work with. Alex is very detailed and has a good vision for the overall project. I actually had them put flooring and a barnwood wall in the sunroom first. Instead of putting joint pieces up. Alex had them cut the boards exactly to the corners. It looks FANTASTIC! I also gutted the bathroom in the basement and the guys did great work. The workers were friendly and were not lazy. The rest of the basement was pretty straight forward. By the time I purchased all the materials, the cost was more than I had anticipated, but the quality of the work made it worth not choosing the cheapest option. I plan to hire APX again for a job next spring."

"We hired General Remodeling Group to remodel our outdated kitchen. This was our first major home remodeling and we were completely overwhelmed with the project. Vidas, the project manager, and his staff were truly valuable in walking us through this process. He listened patiently while we described our ideas and offered suggestions and sage advice. He was always available either through texts or emails. His prompt responses were appreciated. Max was also so helpful through every step of the remodel. He accompanied us to the various vendors to help and advised us in choosing our countertop, backsplash, flooring, wall paints etc. He was always patient with us as we spent a lot of time trying to make good decisions. Part way through the project, Max discovered water damage from the bathroom above the kitchen.Vidas and Max informed us right away and we worked on an agreeable solution for repairs. "Fantastic experience with a responsive, highly skilled, professional team. We initially contacted LFC to redesign a half wall/counter in a basement kitchenette area so we could remove and replace an old refrigerator. Tony listened, assessed the situation and came up with a very creative and cost effective solution for our problem. They cut back the half wall and kept the counter by carefully cutting it and installing a hinge so it could swing up and down. To save on flooring costs, they used extra carpet and tile that we had and blended it in. We were so pleased that we had him come back out to look at the recurring rotten wood problem around our front door entryway and our garage door. Tony suggested cost effective, non-wood materials, and a custom design by his carpenter to preclude further water erosion. Both projects were completed in a timely manner by a team of highly skilled professionals who take pride in their work. The level of detail in the intricate carpentry work is exceptional."
