The thing I particularly appreciated was that he reimagined the kitchen and then executed his idea. This involved taking out a wall and reconfiguring the doorway. He replaced the roof and the chimney. He replaced all the floors and the insulation underneath the house. He replaced the two full bathrooms and the half-bath.
