"They were very communicative, timely and professional. Sadly the repair bill was more than the old refrigerator was really worth but it was good to know that information before purchasing a new unit."

"Appliance repair specialist helped us all the way through our project. Brandon did an amazing job with our repair!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Prompt same day service. Bill was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. The repair took less than an hour and the cost of service was reasonable."

"Vitalii was not only punctual but also displayed a high level of knowledge and skill in repairing appliances. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my malfunctioning refrigerator and efficiently fixed it in no time. I was impressed by his professionalism and his ability to explain the problem and the repair process in a clear and understandable manner. What truly sets this company apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They showed genuine care for my concerns and ensured that I was completely satisfied with the repairs performed. The repaired appliance has been functioning flawlessly since the visit, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I genuinely recommend this company and will be using them in the future again if needed"

"Alex was very professional and assessed the problem was a bad compressor on my LG frig.I had to contact LG directly to have one of their certified technicians do the work to replace the compressor. I will definitely call Alex again if I have an issue with another appliance as he was fair in his pricing and very quick to respond."

"Great! Ruslan was prompt, professional, courteous and fair pricing. I later learned he is the business owner, so I’m clear I’d receive great service every time. He fixed my microwave quickly (while it was an easy DIY fix, I did not want to risk the shock myself if I didn’t discharge correctly, was glad I left to professional). He also very quickly assessed my fridge issue recommending it was not worth repairing as even a well done job would lead to leaking/floor damage down the line. I really appreciated that he was able to come out same day- also that while I was given a 3 hr window, I got an update when he was on his way and could even track his arrival time via the link he send me. Will definitely call again next time I need help with an appliance! Lastly, the service fee was applied to repair, and was lower than others I had contacted, which I appreciated as I knew I might be on replacement path instead of repair with the fridge!"

"I recently had the pleasure of working with an appliance repair technician who fixed my refrigerator. He replaced the compressor and did an excellent job. Not only that, but he also provided a 90-day warranty for the repair, which gave me peace of mind. The entire process took 5 days, and I was impressed with his professionalism and efficiency. I highly recommend this technician for anyone in need of appliance repairs."

"My experience with HSR was satisfactory. They dispatched a professional and competent appliance repair expert that was not only knowledgeable regarding appliances but was efficient during his inspection and for the repair itself. My Viking wasn’t cooling and Matt was able to diagnose the problem quickly, fixed it within the same visit."
