"I am in my first week of owning and living in this house. Of course my water heater pilot light would not stay lit after day 5 of living here. Dan was the only one of 3 inquiries to call me back this entire today. He was kind and courteous. He understood that this was not an emergency, but found the time to be at my house between jobs in the same day. My water heater is 10 years old and although I need to start looking for a new one, Dan repaired this one allowing me some time to research and plan for the new one. Cost for job Well, I expected it to be more, so I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely keep Dans number handy for the future. Thanks again, Dan!"

"I had Grapids out last year to replace my furnace and put in central air and did not hesitate to call them when a water line broke in my house and needed repair. We have known for a while that our water heater needed replaced and got a quote to get that done along with the repair. As we had old steel water li es in the house we also had those replaced while they were here. We called them on Tuesday morning, had our prices by Tuesday afternoon and our water lines and water heater all replaced by Wednesday afternoon. They made sure to clean up their things prior to leaving. Coen and Mark and their team did a great job."

"Went OK. They did the work and it 'mostly worked' when they were done. I say mostly because the pressure valve was blowing off of the boiler when they were done (This was NOT happening before they had done the work). I had noticed this the day after I had paid. I contacted them and they wanted to replace the expansion tank and charge me $200. I asked - shouldn't this be covered under the initial work of $4600? They said the part wasn't explicitly in the quote. Frankly at this point to replace what really was a $40 part and half hour of time to do a fully finished job (for $4600). For 1. How am I supposed to know (as a customer) what should be on the quote for a fully finished job (pumps, piping, etc? - they are the expert) 2. How am I supposed to know this isnt their fault. (Shouldnt an autofilling expansion tank be connected to the incoming water supply?) Frankly not standing fully behind their work and making sure they do everything to do a good, finished job - left a 'bad' taste in my mouth. In the end I replaced the auto-filling expansion tank with an Extrol expansion tank for $40 and it took me less than an hour. After that it all appears to work."
