The workers did outstanding work, the decks they have done in my neighborhood are by far the most beautiful. Everything I requested at the beginning was honored and they came up with a few additional great ideas. I requested that the price not change and it did not. He doesn't cut corners and always seems more interested in doing the job right than making money. Another great thing is that while Terry could be a GC and just sub everything out, he does most of the work himself (framing, build deck, flooring, siding, window installs, etc etc) so you know you are getting his perfectionistic touch on your job at a very fair price. I also appreciated patience and flexibility, especially when we decided last minute to open up a kitchen wall and then add a huge window when he was almost done with the siding. Very grateful!"
