I was browsing home advisor on a Sunday night and was matched with Dave Grimes of Cypress Contracting. Monday morning I received a call saying he was in the area doing another job and could stop by afterwards. I am very satisfied with Dave's work replacing my vent and will definitely contact him again in the future when I need more work done. This is my second home improvement project by Ferris and I would definitely hire them again. NOTE: The only reason I gave "Value for money =4 , is because I live really close to Route 1 and I thought the reduced sound windows would have drowned out the noise better but they do not. My understanding is that these windows are effective in high traffic areas; but they are not standing up to the noise output of Route 1. This is not something Ferris could have forseen, so all-in-all, I rate the service from start to finish - Excellent. - Faye"

"About two months ago on a rainy night I was sitting in my living room and noticed water pouring in through the side of the wall. I freaked out and couldnt sleep as I was worried the roof would collapse. The next morning I called Allen Construction Services and left a message. About ten minutes later I received a call back from the owner Brandon who told me he would make time as quickly as he could to come by and look at the issue. He climbed on the roof and showed me exactly what was going on, how it can be fixed, a reasonable time frame, and a cost. At the end of the service all expectations including time frame and agreed upon price were met. His workers were polite and professional while seemingly never stopping the job until it was done.
