"I knew what I needed so I got the parts myself.  There was a problem and they were nice and put it back together.  They replaced the seal which was a major ordeal, then the electronics panel didn't work so I ordered a new one.  When I got the panel the repairman offered to come and install it for free.  He didn't know if he had anything to do with that problem, those things are real touchy.  I was paying for the part so he installed it and make sure it was in running order.  The only down side is you are going through a contractor so you can't just call the person who came and worked on your issue, they have to call their people back.  That's the only downside - it takes longer to get things accomplished, you have to call the contractor that contracted them.  They are reasonable with their charges and the repairman did seem to be very knowledgeable about how to repair the washing machine.  I don't have anything bad to say about them I just feel they could improve their communication so they can be working faster.  They are certified to work on LGs.  We had no way of knowing if the issue with the panel was his fault, no one offered to pay for the part but they did offer to install it for me."

"The office staff who scheduled our appointment was courteous and helpfully explained their service procedures.  We had to reschedule the initial appointment due to a delay in the parts that had been ordered but, they monitored the parts arrival and called when the parts arrived.  Appointment was scheduled within two days. <br> <br>Our technician, Jeremy, was personable and professional.  He worked efficiently and included time to explain the repair along with possible causes.  Parts were brought to the site (instead of making the initial call and then ordering parts) demonstrating knowledgeability of the product and that appropriate research on the issue had been done prior to our service call.  <br> <br>We will consider using their service should it be needed in the future or with other appliances."

"Our refrigerator died Friday night, so I tried calling Arrow Appliance first thing Sat morning. To my amazement, they were open and able to dispatch a technician by afternoon. Brandon, a young, knowledgeable and friendly technician immediately found the problem... a failed compressor. He recognized the problem immediately as one brand of compressor that likes to fail early. This was bad news, but at least we knew where we stood. <br /> <br /> Either pay approximately $800 for repair or replace. We decided to visit Arrow Appliance an hour later and purchased a used fridge that was almost identical to our old one. It was delivered, up and running at home by 6pm Saturday! Now, we might not have gotten the best price on the used fridge, but at least solved our immediate problem very quickly. Arrow Appliance warranties their used fridges for six months. The used fridge does have a small issue with dripping water in the freezer during defrost cycles. <br /> <br /> This is not a show stopper and may have to get resolved in the future <br /> Overall, I am very satisfied with their service. The $35 service call was fully refunded with the purchase of a used fridge or repair if we had taken that step."
