Upon there arrival they quickly assessed the work to be done and began replacing my old water softener with a new one. After completing the plumbing reconfiguration, James and Jaime gave me a tutorial to program the new water softener. When the work was completed, the two gentlemen picked the trash and carried away my old water softener. The cost for services was reasonable and the office will work with you on any questions regarding reasonable cost adjustments. "Awesome! I call to have my sump pump replace/repaired, I know the old one was not working properly. John looked at it an told me what was needed. Replaced that OLD sump pump cleaned out the trash in the well of the sump pump also. Installed the new one for a good price, he quoted me first before he started the job. I will call him again. "This was a kitchen faucet replacement. When the plumber opened the new faucet box he discovered that new faucet had been broken and returned to the store. He rescheduled the installation for the next day and did not charge any additional fee to return to finish the job."

"Water heater went out on a Tuesday morning. Tex arrived Tuesday night, upon inspection indicated it needed to be replaced. Advised if we paid $500 up front he would deal with the warranty company and get faster response. Thursday night was advised he had the parts but did not confirm what time he would come on Friday. Left the customer waiting for a response. At 3pm on Friday was told he would be there by 6pm. He arrived at 7:30, had a broken part that he could not find a replacement at Lowe's. Advised he would be back Saturday morning at 8am. We were doubtful and pushed for a realistic time. He said 8am. He arrived around 5pm. No issue with the quality of work. Serious issue with time management. We used his services before to replace our garbage disposal and that was completed without an issue."
