"We are very satisfied with our experience with using AE as our general contractor for the repairs to our house following the catastrophic hail storm that hit Fountain, Colorado on 13 June 2018, and would recommend them to anyone. They were doing the same work for a neighbor whose judgement I trust because, like me, he is very picky and exacting. Tony Turner offered to give us a free estimate, and we ended up signing a contract with AE. They are experienced in dealing with the insurance companies and inspectors. Tony was present when the USAA claims inspector came, and helped me make sure everything was completely documented. The initial settlement estimate from USAA was enough to cover all repairs, and we didn't have to argue for additional money. We got a new roof which is not only far better than our old one, but better than the new roofs many of our neighbors have. The materials have a true 50-year transferable warranty. We got all new windows which were far better than the original ones, new gutters, exterior paint, new garage door, and refinished our fence and deck. Everything was done well, in a timely manner, and within the budget of our claim settlement funds. Every item was replaced or repaired better than it was before, which has increased the resale value of our house. One huge advantage of using AE as a general contractor for the work covered by our insurance claim is that we did not have to pay any costs up front for materials, etc., which we couldn't have done. It took 6 months for our mortgage company to release our claim settlement funds, but AE was able to wait to be paid in full in one lump sum. The fact that they are an established and reputable company whose main office is in Denver means that, unlike many of the fly-by-night roofers and contractors who flocked to the area after the storm, they will be here to stand behind their work, including that of their subcontractors."

"When last year's hail and windstorm damaged our roof, we knew it needed to be replaced. We took our time interviewing five different roofing contractors. After narrowing it down to the last three, we chose Bulldog over the other more 'well-established' roofers because of how thorough Bulldog was with every single detail. Even though I just met Darby, he treated me with so much respect and care....just like he does with his entire crew. I honestly don't know if there could have been a better person for our project. We had nothing but leaks but we needed them repaired and we needed a new roof We started looking for companies and we found home genus and decided to give them a chance and we are so pleased Marquise was very nice and professional he sold us on this and was basically family staying so long with us Kaitlyn was very nice with us and quick to schedule us The install process was very quick and we didn't believe the install of our roof would take a day with all of the wood we need replaced. "Great presintation! They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"After the most recent hail storm ours and all our of neighbors roofs needed to be replaced. Two of our neighbors ANM Roofing do theirs. So I knew the quality of their work and speed to completion. I called Leonard, the owner who came out that same day. Even as busy as he was with other jobs he squeezed us in that week. A couple days later he called and said he had been able to push our work up sooner. We had our new roof on within days. The entire job just like with our neighbors only took one day. The crew did a good job, cleaned up well after. The cost for the job using class IV shingles was still half that for others using standard asphalt shingles. FYI they were also able to do some trim work around the eaves replacing the wood. So all said based on our roof and that of our neighbors I can easily recommend them to anyone needing roof work done."
