A separate 20 amp line was required for the exhaust fan heater and deciding where to run the drain pipe for the utility sink). Everything that I liked was outside of my budget so he gave me several quotes on different products and even priced out the final granite a couple of different ways. In addition to this my counters were just a little too big for one slab so he helped me a lot with different options. He looked for remnants for me and eventually ended up working with The Stone Collection to match a competitors price in addition to helping me find someone else that was able to use the other part of the second slab that we needed. Then when he came to template our counters he spent time talking with me about different options for edges, corners and depth of the counter. "I called Vlad on a Thursday about a repair that I needed on a Quartz countertop. He answered my call and we talked. I texted him some pictures. He called me back with a price that seemed fair from other prices that I had received, and I decided to move forward with Vlad and EZ Fix. He said he could take care of my repair 2 days later on Saturday. On Saturday he came to my house as promised and did the repair of my quartz countertop. He did a GREAT job and both me and my wife were so pleased with his workmanship. To be honest, I had a very hard time seeing the repair location with the great job that he did. "If you're looking for a professional who does what he says he is going to do, stays on budget, and installs a BEAUTIFUL floor, Steve is the person you will want to hire. I had a few contractors come out for a quote, and, honestly, I cannot believe how some of these people can even sustain a business. Steve was exactly the opposite. He came out and later gave me a written bid (not a text like the other contractors), stayed on budget, did the job perfectly and in the method that would allow this floor to last. He was punctual, protected my living room floors while doing the kitchen floor, cleaned up any mess each day, and finished the project on time. I love my Italian porcelain tile in my farmhouse kitchen. I would only consider Steve for future tile projects. I am so impressed by this professional."
