Choice Home Warranty denied the claim after several years of being a loyal customer, making payments on- time every month. What is the use of having this warranty for times as this and when you need them, they denied the claim? Although the service was good, response time adequate, providing the services needed when your appliance break down and being denied repairs was disappointing and devastating, especially when coronavirus is rampant and you really need your hot water to wash clothes, dishes, bath, shower, and remain sanitary. I am so heart broken because I live on a fixed income and am disable, and can’t afford to purchase a hot water heater at this time. They determined that the water heater was not operating properly as a result of a lack of effective maintenance of the unit. What a crock!"

"Pool was not completely cleaned on first visit they came back and I had to repay was promised all needed chemicals would be added to pool by company but only chlorine was added had to reclean ourselves and put the rest of needed chemicals"

Meaning, if I didn't have rakes or anything else that they needed to use, blowers, that I would have to rent it. So, what they did was, instead of me paying, they took time off of the deal. They didn't bag the leaves, I had a roll off, I told them to put it in the roll off and when I came back, the leaves were in the roll off without the bags. So then I had to go to Home Depot and buy a tarp and put the tarp on myself. When I called up, Angie's List didn't help me."
