"David replaced our old water heater with an efficient heater that saved us hundreds of dollars. He was friendly and very respectful as he explained our issue and how he would solve it. Ps. David also removed our old water heater with no problem. He did the entire job in a timely manner."

"Mr. James Ryan of JRS Maintenance came to my home to replace the old pipes under my kitchen sink. He was extremely professional, polite, and accommodating when he made the appointment with me via text and phone confirmations. Customer service and courteous treatment were at the forefront of the conversations. When James arrived to do the work, he was prompt, clean, skilled, and knowledgeable. He went right to work and answered any questions I had for him pertaining to the job at hand. He even attached the pipes I need to install a new dishwasher. He advised me to get a new dishwasher, instead of fixing the old one. Many plumbers would fix the old one even if it wasn't advantageous to do so, just for the fee. I highly recommend James for any plumbing needs you may have. He is reasonably priced, well-spoken, and knowledgeable in his craft!"

"The job was completed successfully. The plumber on the job explained what the problem was and replaced the water heater that same evening. They took away the old heater and cleaned up after themselves."

"Excellent service on Sunday.Steve was on time, explained me the cost of the service and he was punctual. Cost was reasonable.Steve helped me to get the warranty credit from Home Depot, I really appreciated his help. My water heater was replaced and new water heater installed by him, up and running. I liked working with him."

"Great team. They were able to get everything done quick, clean. At affordably great price. Thanks a lot we appreciate the water heater installment."

"I had an excellent experience with this plumber. I called them for a severely clogged drain that was causing water to back up, and they responded quickly and professionally. The plumber arrived on time, inspected the issue, explained the cause of the clog, and fixed it efficiently. What impressed me most was their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail. They made sure the drain was completely cleared, tested everything before leaving, and left the work area clean. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprise charges. If you’re looking for a reliable plumber for clogged drains or any plumbing issue, I highly recommend their services. Fast response, quality work, and outstanding customer service. I would use them again in the future."

"Got to my place later than expected because they were stuck on another job which is understandable. Did not finish my job until after 12:00 am in the morning. My job took longer than anticipated. I was given one price at the beginning and that's what we anticipated paying because I am on a budget. After the job was finished we were handed a bill that was much more than what was quoted. I was a very upset about that. I know that it took longer and they had to go back and forth to the truck to get supplies, the only thing is I wish I was informed of this during the job so I would know what to do. What if we didn't have the money? Anyway the job was done good and we are pleased with the outcome. So far our sink is working properly and good. We had a double sink installed, the faucet and we have a water omosis machine that had to get hooked up, so it did take a lot of time because piping had to be changed from a single sink to a double. I would recommend this company."
