"Perfect. Vincent, the technician, was very professional and knowledgeable. He performed a detailed inspection of the garage door and opener. He went over the findings pointing out what needed servicing and what things were in good condition (for an old door and opener more things were in good condition than needed servicing). He did not try to push anything so I felt comfortable with his recommendations. I felt he spent the time to do the job properly and neatly. I have no hesitation in recommending Precision Overhead Garage Door Services; I would use them again."

"Precision Door was very professional from start to end. I appreciate their promptness to come out for a free estimate and their estimate was very fair. They did exactly what was necessary to get the garage door to open and close again at a very economical price. They did not try to over estimate the job just to get a high price. Excellent service and I would recommend them for your garage door service. I will definitely keep them in my files for any future garage door work for me or for anyone I know who may need garage door service. Thank You very much."

"Great customer service! They came out the same day and fixed our garage door right of away! Thank you"

"Rick always does excellent work. Would recommend him to anyone looking to replace or repair a garage door.

"The work was very clean. It took 2 weeks to get the actual door due to covid and i ordered a painted door, but it was perfect. The new wifi operated one with amazon option."

"Amazing! I recommend to anyone who needs work on their garage door. Fabian was quick, efficient, and made my house look amazing once again! If I could give a better rating I would, thank you your outstanding work Fabian!"

"We wanted to save our garage doors-twin doors. And rather than switch them with hurricane doors, they found a way to save the architectural doors (with approval) by cleverly bending the support system in the form of an arch and performed handsomely in doing so, which was very difficult. The problem solver was Carlos Marleno."

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
