No drama. the team worked well together, brought in the ac, installed and cleaned up in one day. When the building inspector came for the final inspection, he told me that they had done a wonderful job on the install. Always good to get that kind of feedback. We installed our A/C towards end of March 2013, but didn't move into the house until March 2014. When our unit was giving us problems, they came out and took care of the issue, and everything works great now. (The blower cable came loose).
