"I had a very disappointing experience working with D5 Construction on a bathroom project. From the outset, communication and professionalism were lacking. Jay consistently spoke in a condescending manner, which made what should have been a collaborative process unnecessarily difficult. Project management was virtually nonexistent. There was little to no guidance, coordination, or follow-through throughout the duration of the job. As a result, the project felt disorganized and poorly executed. Udi, the owner, proved to be highly unreliable. Commitments were not honored, timelines were not met, and ultimately the job was left incomplete. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation, communication ceased, leaving me with unfinished work and unresolved issues. The quality of workmanship was far below expectations, and the overall experience reflected a lack of accountability and professionalism.
