Roger Camacho of The Grove Handyman called me and came over to look over our building. He handed me copies of his certification and insurance then sent me a quote. He did his first job; replacing over 125 lightbulbs in the building, including the garage. He cleaned each fixture, fixed what needed fixing and replaced each bulb. Everyone noticed the difference! He was persistent in resolving a leaky window that flooded a unit. Not a drop through the rainy season. Roger communicates well and responds to calls. He is responsible, honest and a talented person when it comes to resolving problems. He redid my master bath, took out the old whirlpool tub, removed the old tile floor and replaced all the wallboard. From electrical to plumbing to retiling the tub area and the floor, I am in love with my new bathroom. I cannot express the trust and respect I have for his character and integrity. I will never hesitate to recommend Roger to anyone."

"I had a very disappointing experience working with D5 Construction on a bathroom project. From the outset, communication and professionalism were lacking. Jay consistently spoke in a condescending manner, which made what should have been a collaborative process unnecessarily difficult. Project management was virtually nonexistent. There was little to no guidance, coordination, or follow-through throughout the duration of the job. As a result, the project felt disorganized and poorly executed. Udi, the owner, proved to be highly unreliable. Commitments were not honored, timelines were not met, and ultimately the job was left incomplete.
