After all those repairs were done, everything went very well. They started the sanding part and then the refinishing. We actually found out that they use green products in their projects, which we loved because they are better for your health and the environment. We decided to go natural, so no stains were applied on the floors. They did an amazing job restoring those wood floors, they were as shiny as if they were just installed brand new. Major pros for that. After that was finished, they proceeded to do the polishing of the marble. I think that was less complicated because they did it really fast and very good quality here too. Because of the size of the projects, they installed the quarter rounds we bought for free. Organization is a pro in this company. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
