They gave me several choices to choose from, and I ended up selecting an oak flooring, very thick, gorgeous wood. Price was reasonable and like I said, they gave us a discount for doing the installation with them as well. Their work is very professional. The employees are constantly working and making sure they advance the work. Hector was always supervising and calling me to see if I was satisfied with the floor. I also liked the fact that they are fast, they only took around 10 days to install the entire house. I stayed in the property all the time and I can say they are clean and organize, so you won't have a problem with this. However, keep in mind it's a remodeling project, so you will have some dirt, but nothing you cannot deal with. I also bought the baseboards because the old ones did not make justice to the new floor; I highly recommend to get new baseboards if you are putting new floors.
