Unlike other contractors, which seem to be a construction training course for unskilled laborers to develop their incompetence at the expense of the home owner, T-RYAN Contracting Inc.’s expert contractors showed up to work on day one early, motivated and eager to “git ‘er done”!! This crew of professionals accomplished 2 weeks of work in just four days. It looked like that ole cartoon where all you see is arms, elbows, hammers and nails, moving around in a cloud of dust. A portion of my project was the flat roof. T-RYAN Contracting Inc. is “green” alright. He recommend this material I had never even heard of before. “Have you considered TPO because of the superior benefits it provides”?. “TPO?” I asked. He explained; what Thermoplastic polyolefin was and that it is used in many types of commercial properties. "They came out and did a nice job.  They showed up, gave me an estimate, did the work according to the estimate and I had no problem.  There was a lot of rain and no leaks.  I got two estimates one was for $2500 and theirs was $500.  I am a retired architect and I have an idea what it should cost.  They were right in line, and they said the right words.  It was not a big job and the minute the other provider said it is a big job I knew I had the wrong people.  Campbell Roofing showed up on time, did what they said and they charged me after the job was done.  There was no upfront money.  What they said they would provide was hardy board instead of plywood because plywood was part of the roof which was rotten so I went with hardy board to be installed instead.  They tried but they would not get it and I think they had to go to a builder’s yard rather than one of the store kind of place.  I don’t think they went to the right place.  I wanted it done with hardy board which is a cement based product instead of a wood product and that’s my only complaint.  So the repair I got is not as permanent as it would have been with hardy board."

But, I must say that I was very pleased with the work that was done to fix my roof problem Even though it turned out to be a bigger job than we both expected. The main thing was that I was shown and walked through and explained all that needed to be done. As a matter of fact, I was given three options that would fix the problem from a long term fix to a fix that may require additional and more extensive work down the road. What most impressed me was the owners honesty and willingness to keep me involved all the way through. Highly recommend."
