"Excellent service and communication. Very professional and responsive! Called me immediately after putting my request for service in for a clogged toilet. Very quick and prompt response for service! Also, for an urgent call the service charge was surprisingly reasonable. Especially being in a rental on the island. The technician that provided the service was very professional and friendly. "Mike is not only a professional and a pro at his expertise, he is also compassionate. Bathtub was not draining, we got all kinds of quotes and plans that can be done including breaking the wall but not closing the wall. I got in touch with Mike through a work referral. Mike not only picked up the phone, he listened to my issue and made himself to come out the same day. He was not only early but, was able to assess and solve the issue at a super reasonable cost. Mike is now my lifetime go to for drain issues. Thanks Mike!"

"I hired them for a furnace maintenance check for a great price. They changed my filter and disconnected my electric one informing me it was no longer in use. Added glue to pvc drain pipe that was loose, cleaned the flame sensor, measured voltage of circuits. Recently, as the weather got colder and the furnace started running I noticed a puddle coming from underneath it. I spent quite some time trying to diagnose it myself but couldn't figure it out. I explained to the company that I started having issues with the furnace after my last check. They sent Frank out to look at the issue. He was able to identify the issue pretty quickly and it was pretty simple. It was due to a loose drain pipe inside the unit. He simply reattached it. I was not charged as it was possible the pipe got loose (it was not well sealed) during the maintenance check. I was extremely grateful with the way Frank and Arctic Air Conditioning conducted business. I am wary of vendors who try to exploit you but I do not feel that way at all towards Arctic Air. I feel I can trust them with my business again in the future."

"Excellent service. Within 2 hrs of the call Jacob arrived, checked the pipe in the basement connected to the clogged kitchen sink. Under the sink he checked the disposal. He then gave me a price. I thought it fair and agreed to have him fix the problem. About 20 mins later he broke thru the clog. I was so happy that my emergency was no more. I recommend without hesitation Freedom Mechanical. Very good and friendly service. And fair price."
