"Aron and his crew from Sweet Home Construction were prompt, courteous, and totally professional. My project started out with a small sink hole in my driveway and ended up with major repairs to stucco and brand new front steps. My house is 100+ years old and there was a lot of water damage that came to light as things were uncovered. Sweet Home Construction was not inexpensive, but I have no complaints about their work and I am grateful for the excellent care they took to make sure I ended up a very satisfied customer. I will definitely call Aron again when I am ready for my next project."

"Quality 1st does what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it and for the agreed upon price. They communicate pertinent detail before during and after each job and/or service. Thoroughly professional. No surprises. The scope of the crawlspace lining and sealing was precisely what was required to resolve a long standing issue with drafts and mustiness originating in the crawlspace of our summer residence. Prior contractor did more harm than good. Quality 1st solved the problem. Zero interest financing made available for 12 months. Followed up with thorough crawlspace inspection at time of annual sump pump service (12/14/2018)"

"Removed slate roof to rafters and installed new plywood and shingles to house and garage and cleaned up well. Scheduled around weather well. All new gutters and aluminum over soffits. Fixed squirrel holes and leaks. I would recommend and use again."

"The salesman was very professional and clearly explained how their gutter covers would be installed and the technical advantages of their product."

"Sam and his team quickly identified my water issue, and fixed the problem within 2 days. Given the quality and speed of the work to repair a rather significant water issue, i contracted them for additional preventative maintenance on our 45 year old foundation, and 22 year old roof and gutters. Will most certainly engage them in the furture for any other related work."

"Great experience. Had gutters installed 10 years ago and they were leaking badly at every corner. Our home is a ranch with additions and therefore have 10 corners that all were leaking. Denis came and carefully took each corner apart, sealed it and put everything back without a single problem. He was extremely neat, friendly and very professional. His price was very fair and much less than 2 other quotes. I highly recommend Preferred NJ and plan to have them back soon to clean sweep our chimney. Very Happy with the way the job was done."
