"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.

He was cheerful, friendly, and eager to be friendly and accommodating. He came the next day to evaluate the problem and to provide a written and reasonable estimate. It involved a shopping trip for additional supplies so that the finished job wasn't jury rigged. Despite the extra time and trouble, the final price did not change from Mr. Magliulo's estimate. Greenleaf did a great job of fixing an emergency situation we had with both our plumbing and heating. As soon as I called him he was very responsive, told me certain precautions to take while he was on his way, and got there quickly. As soon as he arrived he did a thorough check on everything effected by a pipe that burst, gave us a few options on the best way to fix this issue going forward and quickly repaired the pipe and added insulation to prevent future issues. He then took a look at a heating issue that we had, which was ongoing for over a year, and was able to fix it quickly (when no other company could figure it out). This is who you should hire if you need an honest and reliable company. We will be using him for many years to come as it is very hard to find companies that don't try to take advantage or exaggerate their charges when it comes to these situations. Great guy great company.
