"This review is from my experience. The project started off great, the materials were delivered on time along with the start date. The install crew was a challenge with the exception of Matt the lead installer. They applied waterproofing material around the base of the house and replaced the plywood which went very well. The crew did not respect my property, including the vegetation and my shed which was severely damaged due to the installer standing on it. When I spoke with Dave the owner, he credited me $300.00 for a replacement roof which I need to install. No apologies provided by Dave for the inconvenience. The project failed three inspections by the City of Port Orange due to poor installation and not paying attention to detail. I caught several items which were not completed properly. The owner Dave stated to me twice he personally inspected the project, which I find hard to believe. ByThere are no quality control systems in place to ensure the project is completed properly. I felt that I was the project manager on this project. If I didn't manage the project as I did, the outcome would not have been favorable and I would definitely experience issues later. I feel sorry for past and future customers who don't have the knowledge that I have. Some other issues we experienced were nails and scrap material left on the ground and improper caulking. The owner Dave, never apologized for the errors and inconvenience which caused me as a customer. His replies to my concerns were unacceptable. As a prior business owner, I would never let my customers feel aggravated, and I would certainly make it up to them through little jesters like here's a gift for dinner for your inconvenience. I could have gotten his business two other customers for exterior siding. We referred his business for window and door replacement to a friend however, we called the referral back. My recommendation to Dave, accept ownership by validating the customers concern, apologize for the inconvenience, make it right above and beyond (roof damage), maintain a friendly relationship. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend All Florida Exteriors. I was looking forward to providing positive feedback along with future customers. At the end my house looks fabulous however, it was not worth the headaches and frustration. All Florida Exteriors was not the lowest bid. I should have back charged for project management services."

"I hired Robert to build an interior wall and hang two sliding doors. From the very start, to the end, the experience was great. He was always on time, did what he said, paid attention to detail. He was also accommodating for our work schedule. I cannot say enough good things about Robert. If you have an opportunity to hire Robert, you will not be disappointed. I wish there were more contractors like him. I honestly cannot say anything negative about him or his work."

"Unnecessarily frustrating. The quote was written incorrectly and needed to be re-written. I was told that the work could be started in 7-10 business days and would take about 2 days to complete. It took 3 months for them to start and 6 days to complete. The 6 days didn't include the day and a half that it took their punch out guy to correct the work. The office workers could never answer my questions about the schedule, pricing, completion, etc. without talking to Arthur first (owner). Waiting for them to see Arthur and then eventually get back to me was very frustrating. One worker worked barefoot and the other left cigarette butts in my yard. I referred them to my neighbor across the street after getting my quote when I still thought that Wells was a good company. My neighbor called to get a quote and could never get a callback. The only thing that they did quickly was ask for their money. They were supposed to paint the siding but they couldn't tell me when so I canceled that part of the contract and will find another contractor to complete the work."

"We had our tile roof replaced by SolarShield in June 2019. The SolarShield crew was excellent. Showed up on time and cleaned up the work area every night before leaving for the day. Work was estimated to take 5 days, but they finished in 4 days. They do a quality, professional job. We expect no problems with this new roof for years and years to come."

"We have worked with this contractor for about 10 years and he is our go to person for any type of remodelling or repairs. Over the years he has built a lanai, extended and remodelled the kitchen, built an attic room, installed spot lighting outdoors, built a 3 car garage, added a staircase, replaced roofing, converted attached garage into a laundry and exercise room, extended the driveway; repathed outside paths, built an outdoor patio and probably many other things I'm forgetting. 
The reason we always contract to Kevin is he is exceptionally creative, visionary and helpful when it comes to achieving the look we want. His work is high quality, meticulous and always completed in a timely way. There is always a flourish added that we just wouldnt have come up with ourselves and he takes pride in making sure everything is just right and follows up afterwards to see if anything is needing tweaked. Granite, wood, tiling, whatever... it all turns out beautiful! 
 His subcontractors and  assistants have always been very courteous, friendly and trustworthy. Some of the work was completed when we were on vacation.  Kevin's team is also animal friendly! On more than one occasion they've corraled the dogs or helped relocate one runaway!

"Melanie and the team were professional and prompt. She was able to come out the same day (on the weekend) to provide a free quote and was able to start our job a couple of days later, despite the high volume of work post storm. On the scheduled day, they showed up ahead of schedule but unfortunately ran into a snag after finding a utility line in the ground, so the project was delayed a few days until we got a locate done. They came back out the next weekend and got the job done in a couple of hours. They also hauled away all of the old fencing and had to dismantle a few sections that weren't blown over. I would definitely recommend them and plan on using them in the future to replace some additional fencing."
