Mike arrived promptly within the scheduled time frame.  He was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.  He repaired the leak that was causing the problem and explained the work he was doing as he went along.  He seemed very honest and also offers a senior citizens discount.

I thought the price was very fair and I definitely will call Mike again for my appliance issues.  And, now I can get a few more miles out of my old refrigerator.  It is very refreshing to have someone that will try to fix it  rather than immediately trying to sell you something new if you really don't need it.

He was clean, courteous, and thorough in his evaluation and in his explanation to me about what happened. He also showed me how I can clear the pipe myself should it back up again to save me the cost of another house visit.
