"The Salesman Rene (Ron) was excellent and easy to come to an agreement with. Our insurance was lapsing due to the poor condition of our wood panel siding. We decided to take the huge financial burden and replace with vinyl thinking of the future. I was promised it would be done before the insurance lapsed which was 25 days from the contract signing. The insurance company THEN extended another 25 days. This goal was not met. I understood that the insurance company were dropping hundreds of customers at one time thus putting the burden on the contractors. This is just a review to let others know that 2 months minimum is the installation time regardless of what is promised. Dave Crane the owner is an excellent person and even contacted my insurance representative to try and clear things up. I will update with installation review in about 45 days."

Followed then by Jeff Beback the representative who explained each step of the process to renovate our 30 year old shower. Demolition and then reconstruction with a beautiful acrylic shower was seamless with the work crew Scott and Brandon. They were punctual, hard working and very skilled at removing the old shower and installing the new. And we saved thousands going with National HomeCraft versus our first quote!! "Job went very well. After some weather delays, roof was done in one day. During the job some wood rot was found. That was completely removed and replaced along with new hardy board siding."

"Melanie and the team were professional and prompt. She was able to come out the same day (on the weekend) to provide a free quote and was able to start our job a couple of days later, despite the high volume of work post storm. On the scheduled day, they showed up ahead of schedule but unfortunately ran into a snag after finding a utility line in the ground, so the project was delayed a few days until we got a locate done. They came back out the next weekend and got the job done in a couple of hours. They also hauled away all of the old fencing and had to dismantle a few sections that weren't blown over. I would definitely recommend them and plan on using them in the future to replace some additional fencing."
