"Elliott did an amazing job! We were looking for a kitchen demo and new drywall so we could have cabinets installed. Elliott was very thorough with his assessment of the room and made sure the job was done right. He notified us of problems he found along the way and managed to keep us in our budget. We will definitely be using Loviolette Enterprises in the future!"

"Our family has worked with Robert and his team multiple times since the 90s. From the first renovation in 1994, to a 2019 addition/extension to the same home, to recent work preparing to sell our rental property, Robert has been our go-to guy. His work is outstanding. His crew is hard-working, respectful, and responsible (and just really fun guys to be around!) He approaches everything with such pride, and he provides outstanding guidance all the way through. It's like working with family - Robert has really become part of ours all these years!"

"Nathan and his crew were very professional, showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. They were always very polite and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. I initially hired Power Builders to perform one job but ended up having them quote and repair three separate issues. Their prices are reasonable especially for the quality. I did have one small issue with the look of a repair to which Nathan came out promptly and fixed without any question. I would definitely recommend Power Builders and would hire them again."

"Mr. Raygoza responded to my initial call right away (within a few <br /> hours).  We arranged an appointment for him to look at the job, and her <br /> arrived exactly on time.  I especially appreciated that he was clean and <br /> dressed for the work. He was polite and wore booties so as not to dirty <br /> the floor.  After discussing the work, we arranged a date.  Mr. Raygoza <br /> arrived on the arrange date exactly on time and began working <br /> immediately after he entered the house.  We agreed that I would pay him <br /> by the hour, and he did not waste a minute.  He kept his work space <br /> clean at all times, and he stopped and asked for my direction for all <br /> decisions.  I hired Mr Raygoza for another job and had the same <br /> experience.  I will definitely be hiring Raygoza Construction in the <br /> near future - in fact, as soon as he is available again. <br />"

"A tornado caused interior damage. Very difficult when patching the interior of a home when the original paint is 10 years old and trim is only partially there. Native Traditions did a great job under difficult conditions. You can't even tell where all of the drywall patching was, what is old trim verses new trim and the paint matching was spot on."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Killeen, TX

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
