"I had a bathroom that needed to be repaired. I really didn’t have the budget I needed, but I called them to see if I could possibly get it done with what I could afford. It was very reasonable. He explained to me what I could and couldn’t do.. we said alone, a Price and the day it was to be done. People arrived on time. They were very efficient. They were very good about my home in my carpet. I couldn’t have asked for better experience when it came time to pay. I paid exactly what I expected to. I can’t praise them enough. If you need someone in this area, you will do well to get them to do your work."

"Al was very kind and straightforward. He did initially tried to charge me a little more than the average for the area but after I explained that I had done research for the labor costs and already have materials he got the cost significantly also mention that you found him on Angie's List. I am very pleased with how the floor looks they did a very quick job some very weird layouts because my house is strange though I love its eccentricity. Though it takes a long time to book him because he is usually busy he works very fast, but not sloppily, and the work was completed in approximately 4 days with a small crew of three one of whom was his son. we are almost done with most of our work but I'm a call him back for some minor repairs thing that needs to be completed the only complaint I have is that at least one of the workers is a smoker and I found a few cigarette butts in my yard or in the bushes next to where they were sawing which was not very pleasant. That is a minor complaint though because as contractors go they show up on time and they get the work done and they get the work done well; which, I don't know if you use very many contractors, is unusual and a good thing. Overall I would use them again in a heartbeat and I would suggest them to other people.

"Greg and his crew did an excellent job on our roof replacement! The quality of his work and communications on the job prior to, during, and after the job gave us a very high level of comfort and confidence. He was able to get the replacement of a very large roof done in two days. He was personally at our place throughout the job to answer questions. We had some related siding issues that he also completed to limit future leaks. I would highly recommend Greg to anyone looking to have a roof repair or replacement."

"After he figured out where the leak was coming from, he found that the whole faucet needed to be replaced. Had to travel 15 minutes away just to get a new one.  Cleveland is a very little town. I had an appointment so I had to leave him by his self to complete job. When I got back home everything was done and it looked good and no longer leaks. Thank you so much.

"Sales rep was very knowledgeable. I asks for references in the area of my home of satisfied customers. Never heard back from him."

"Ken was very knowledgeable about our problems.  We asked him about several issues; some needed fixing and some did not.  I respect his opinions.  Our major issue was a two story wall that was sagging because it was built between floor joists.  We had an extra joist and supports installed.  The workmen were courtious and effecient.  Our floor feels very stable now.

"I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with my roof and gutters. Tommy is an outstanding professional with unmatched attitude, work ethic and character. Tommy offered no pressure or 'sales pitch' to choose his company, he simply and genuinely presented his qualifications and services. He explained everything completely. There was no 'guessing' if something was going to be done or added. You will literally know every detail. His crew were all extremely professional and polite and were always moving...no one was just standing still at anytime except when they broke for lunch and then they ensure no trash or rubbish was left behind. My roof was an insurance claim and Tommy helped ensure all documents/paperwork that was needed was sent. Tommy ensured the job was done to the highest standards and expectations and literally went above and beyond what I would expect for a contractor. Because of the outstanding job Tommy did with my roof and gutters, I am hiring him again for my fence and screened-in sunroom. If you are deciding on a contractor you can be assured that River Valley Roofing and Construction will exceed your expectations. The job will be completed in a timely manner with quality and skillful work."
