"My entire experience with Lawn Systems Inc exceeded my expectations. Lawn Systems installed sprinkler systems for my two of my family members who were both happy with their systems which made choosing them easy. First off, they are like clockwork, every appointment time thought the process was met on time or slightly early. Every employee from the salesman to the install crew and the walk-through tech were professional. I have a large koi pond that I have a home install sprinkler system already installed around it. I was thrilled to find out they could connect to it and add it as it's own zone so I didn't have to pay them to redo it. I was also very impressed how little damage was done to the lawn after the job was completed. They had to dig a 4-foot deep hole with a trench in my front yard to connect to the water supply and had to run a line under my driveway & I could barely tell they did it. Even after we had a few inches of rain a day or two before the installation. We are happy with the function of the system and the ease of programming and adjusting, I can even do it from my phone from anywhere. I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future."

"I tried several companies before I found Mario and he is so much more reliable and professional and personable than any of the others I tried.  I bought a house with a fairly old sprinkler system, so when turning it on or off it needs someTLC, and when something goes wrong it's often hard to find the right part.  Mario is good at returning calls, coming out on short notice if necessary, and figuring out how to deal with my antique sprinkler system.  His prices are very reasonable, so I know when I have a repair he is charging me a fair price.  He is also very patient in explaining the details of the system or the problem if I want to understand it before making any decisions.  I would recommend him without hesitation for any lawn irrigation needs."

"Went excellent. Paul showed up on time and completed the winterization of my system thoroughly. He does most of his check-out of your system during spring startup. A year ago during the winterization he found problems with my main valve that goes into the house. He told me he was not a fan of the valve my original comapny used but he knew why they used it. It is cheaper. <br /> He mentioned that the one he likes that stands up to many years of service is a bit more expensive. But not to worry, he had parts with him to rebuild the parts of this valve and saved me a ton of money. If it ever really breaks, I'll upgrade to the one he recommends. <br /> This time I had noticed one of my junction boxes had a lid that would fall into the box. I have young kids next door and did not want them to twist an ankle because of this. Paul came back a different day with a new box, dug it out and replaced it and put on a new lid. He really had to work because it was obvious what had happened previously. The original company ran into a big rock where they were putting this box and cut their box up to fit around it. Well, that ruined the integrity of the box and caused the box to deform allowing the lid to fall in. Paul dug the rock out and put his box in correctly. His price for doing this was extremely reasonable. <br />"

"Around mid-September I researched at least three landscaping businesses on Angie's List, BBB, and a general search on internet. I decided on using Quality Lawn And Garden because of recommendations from local nurseries and from our homeowners association where I found out that this company does the entrance to our subdivision. <br /> On Wednesday I called the owner, Christopher Kaiser, for an estimate and he responded within the same day and we set the upcoming Saturday to meet and discuss what my wife and I had in mind. We recently had all of our front landscaping removed because it was over 20 years old and was really looking bad. <br /> On Saturday my wife, Chris and I met and discussed what we were looking for in landscaping and edging for the front of our house. We explained to Chris that we  wanted low maintenance plantings and any borders and edging needed to be easy to trim and cut grass around. He made a few other suggestions for us to think about and that he would get back to us within the week. <br /> Chris called us during the week to ask if the next Saturday as a time good to review his drawing and suggested planting. We agreed to meet that Saturday. Chris recommended that before we determine if we would use his services that we visit nearby nurseries and review the suggested planting to see if they agreed with what both he and we were think or if they had any additional suggestions. <br /> We visited the nurseries and they stated that the plantings were good choices for the area. We liked the setup, choice of plantings and locations of each planting and decided to select Quality Lawn and Garden to do our landscaping. We called Chris and setup a date (last week of October/first week of November) for the work to begin. <br /> Chris's team arrived the last week of October and began work on our landscaping. It had to be done over a three day period due to heavy rain. They added dirt, planted two trees and numerous live plants and bushes, placed landscaping field stone border onthree portions of the landscaped area, buried two downspout's into the ground, dug a trench, and hooked up the downspout's with underground piping to take rainwater further out into our front and side yard. <br /> Chris's responsiveness to returning calls, his willingness to listening to what we wanted for plantings and ease of maintenance, his suggestion to visit nurseries before our choice of landscaping companies were all reasons we chose Quality Lawn and Garden for our landscaping needs."

"They said they planned to start installation within 2 weeks of the contract signing.  It turned out to be 3 weeks but that was due to rain.  Once they started it took about a week to install.  The crew was very professional and the foreman was easy to communicate with.  They installed the system as agreed and even moved a couple of heads at my request to a different spot than originally agreed.  Once the installation was finished, they walked me through how to use the system and we walked the yard and watched each zone run to make sure it was okay with me.  They tweaked a couple of spray patterns where the water was hitting the house.  They gave me a laminated sheet that shows the layout of the system, extremely well labelled,  so I can see which heads are on which zone, and exactly where they are in the yard.  This will make it very easy to program the system in years to come.  Finally they let me pay for the whole thing with my credit card.   I would highly recommend this company.  <br> <br>"

"<p>Basile cut my lawn every week.  They were prompt, dependable and always did an excellent job with all trimmings cleaned up.  If for some reason I needed them to skip a week (new grass) it was easy to just send an email and the schedule was immediately adjusted with consistent communication about the change.  </p> <p>I also had them install metal edging on two garden beds. Installation was clean, secure and as planned.  (I laid out the string as a guide.)  I was disappointed that on this job, while the edging was installed properly, there was no attempt to clear the surface of grass within the edging.  For the $400, they did what I would consider the minimum necessary to complete it.....but I had to go back later and finish the surrounding area.</p> <p>I will use their service again next summer for the lawn.  Good response and customer service attitude from everyone in the company.  </p> . <br />"
