"John has been our go-to guy for several years now. We live in an early 70s home, and as with all older homes there are repairs that are needed fairly often. From the first time he worked for us, identifying that a leak originated from a roof vent that had been knocked slightly askew in a storm and rain water had gradually seeped down the pipes and terminated above our kitchen cabinets, he has always been prompt, courteous, professional in every way, and just an all around nice guy to work with. "They could have completed the job completely. They took pieces of it apart but they did not put those back together. I had the son of the maintenance guy put them back together. I'm just complaining about the completion of the whole job but the quality, workmanship, and everything were fine."

"First, Bob stopped by with an estimate at the agreed upon time. Then, within a few days we scheduled the work.  He arrived on time and started right away. He worked with the back porch ceiling fan light first. This very old fixture was ancient however Bob took the time to disassemble and installed the new ceiling fan. He is very meticulous at his job. Then, he worked with installing track lighting in the dining room area.  The track lighting is beautiful too.  Lastly, he worked with replacing the back porch light located outside.  He had to use an extension ladder to reach the light.  He completed all jobs within about couple hours.  Bob was very personable and professional.  He remained focused with the jobs. He is skilled at his job. 
Bob did a terrific job! Great job!  We will hire Bob again in the future.

The cabinets were delivered on time and unloaded in the garage. I installed the four base cabinets and four wall cabinets myself. While unpacking them for installation one of the cabinets had been damaged. I contacted Signature Kitchen & Bath . They promptly reordered another cabinet. When the replacement arrived the exchange was made and I was able to finish up my home project.

"Fine Craft Custom Tile did a great job. I contacted two or three other companies before discovering Fine Craft and for one reason or another, none of them showed up to the job. I found FCCT when I joined Angi's List. The owner called me the same day I posted the job and set an appointment to come over and give me a bid. He showed up as promised and the next day I received his bid. We set a date for him to do the work and he showed up as promised. His crew was professional and did a great job. They cleaned up everything afterwards. I would do business with FCCT again."

"I waited a few months before writing this report.  My leaks were repaired and after several months with hard rains, extended rains, and snow and ice, our roof leaks have completely stopped.  The company (Bryan) was very responsive, kept their inspection appointment, provided a immediate detailed bid for multiple roof leaks, and scheduled the work quickly.  The company crew showed up on time, went about their business professionally, and I was shown photographs of the damage as work progressed.  The work was completed professionally with no noticeable visual evidence of repair.  The site was left clean after the completion of the work.  In addition, the company painted small areas on my ceiling that had been stained by leaks at no additional cost.  No recalls were necessary since the work was completed properly the first time. 
Although roof leaks can be difficult to assess, the company experience provided accurate diagnosis and repair.
