"I HAD NEW BEAUTIFUL GUTTERS AND GUARDS INSTALLED. WHILE I WAS WATCHING , THERE WAS A "LITTLE TIFF" BETWEEN TWO WORKERS AND SOME PROFANITY. Saw how GutterDone worked at local home show and impressed with how well they are constructed and worked with existing gutters. Asked them to come out and give an estimate which they did and, unlike many other home repair companies, with no "today only price".  Told the representative I would have to think about it and he said that was fine, call when I decide.  No pressure to buy. After I called they came when scheduled, cleaned the gutters, aligned them so water would run correctly and installed the GutterDome and cleaned up after.  All very professionally. And guaranteed for life. .Now after 18 years of putting up with 3 large maple trees twice a year I can sit back and laugh at them. If the price seems high get estimates from the other guys.

"David was on-time, professional, and enjoyable to speak with. You could tell he's done this a long time and appears to thrive in this environment. The crew ran into some problems with tree roots and had to perform extra work of cutting a trough through a concrete walkway. I was not charged extra for this and am greatly appreciative. Brandon's Gutter uses heavy-duty PVC for drains as opposed to the cheaper corrugated material that won't last. Good pictures are available on their website. My only complaint is that it took a week for the crew to get back to my residence and finish pouring the concrete. This was after I called both the owner and the crew leader. The quality was great and the price was less than half of my other estimate, so I'd hire again without reservation."

The home was built in 1994 and the existing shingles were stained, begining to come off, and were at the end of their useful life.  I contacted three roofers who do metal roofing and decided to go with Metal Works.  David Logue arrived on time and reviewed the different options with me, and said that he would get me a quote ina few days.  I received the quote the same day, the price seemed reasonable, but I wanted to wait to get the other two completed.  

After receiving the other two quotes, I chose to go with Metal Works based on David's service, experience, and responsiveness.  They were not the least expensive, but he did a better job of promptly responding to my questions and concerns.  He was also the only one that holds a general contractors license, which while not required for roofing, is a plus in my book. 
The installation took about five days to be completed, and the crew did an excellent job.  David stopped by a few times to check the progress and answered any questions that I had.  They also repaired some rotten boards on my front porch at no additional cost.  Overall, I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend David and Metal Works for anyone considering roofing work.
