"Vendor install a Honeywell 7200 series thermostat in my new home, but I decided to upgrade to a 6580 WiFi unit. I did all the work myself but couldn't get the A/C to work. I called Honey well who referrred me to Enhanced Heating and A/C. He was very helpful with good practical pointers about longevity for the toilets (how to read flow of incoming water), frequency for flushing the hot water heater, where to turn off the water in a crisis, turning it off at the street--and what tools to have, among other tips. Also the critters to watch out for--black widows, for one, when lifting the meter cover.

"Were very responsive during the sale and install.  Mike came on time (actually a little early).  Checked the water heater, and I decided to replace rather than repair as it was 8 years old.  He left to purchase the water heater and returned to install.  I had questions about why it was not energy star.  He called his boss, and he told me water heaters are not rated that way.  Mike went ahead with the install and did a neat job.  He forgot the expansion tank, and was to come back a few days later to put it on.  I was not there during that install.  It looked very sloppily done, and like it could fall off.  I sent 2 e-mails to the owner asking about this install.  I have not heard one word from them since the sale.
