He rectified problem after problem, from toilet flanges to two improvised P-traps with AAV vents under sinks caused by rough-in installed in the wrong place. His problem-solving got us to code and through inspection on the first pass. His communication is excellent. He shows up on time and works fast. This is the guy you want on speed dial, whether it's an emergency repair or rough-in and finish trim done properly. No cutting corners. I know this because he came in specifically to fix the work of someone who did. He caught issues I had no idea about, and he knows the code inside and out. He's friendly, kind, and he'll travel. "Vendor install a Honeywell 7200 series thermostat in my new home, but I decided to upgrade to a 6580 WiFi unit. I did all the work myself but couldn't get the A/C to work. I called Honey well who referrred me to Enhanced Heating and A/C. I called them at 3:45 PM on a Friday afternoon and got a live person who said someone will call me back after I presented the problem I had. Around 4 PM I got a call from Sean who helped me out with the wiring and the A/C is now working."

"We used Pro Plumbing twice, once for service and a second time to replace my water heater. Both times they were prompt and professional. The service fee for just coming out to troubleshoot was inexpensive, which was greatly appreciated. For the installation of my water heater, their rates were competitive with other plumbers in the area. The service tech (Fletcher) was knowledgeable and explained everything in detailed. He was also patient while I asked him loads of questions, and he offered me lots of options for units and how he could install them to fit our tight closet. Everything seems to be working great (it has been about 6 weeks)! I would definitely hire them again."

"The man that came out told me that he would not recommend flushing my water heater. I found it odd that they were offering that service if they don't recommend doing it. He seemed to know what he was doing and did a good job with the inspection. I also wanted him to switch my hook up from county water to well water. I had to pay extra for that, but that was fine."

"I originally called NuBlue to take a look at a couple toilets and a faulty tub drain. Upon further inspection, they found that my water shut off was leaking with water stains underneath as well as my water heater was bloated, leaking, and rusting in multiple places. My heater is a unique one as it doesn’t just heat my water but also my house, so they had to source it from out of state but they got me scheduled within a week to come back out and have everything replaced. The new heater came with manufactured defects, so they did another round trip out of state to get a replacement so I wouldn’t be without hot water or heat for more than a day. The guys were so kind, thorough, and professional. I can’t say wonderful things about them. I highly recommend them!"
