"I had my garage floor epoxy coated and overall the service went well. They gave me a quote based on my description and stuck to it. The process took 3 days due to weather. The crew was stuck in VA on another job due to snow so they got to my house late. Once the surface was ground down and paint applied, they left for the day to allow it to cure. They came the following morning and it was not cured enough to continue, so they returned the following day. After they applied the clear coat and flakes, they were done. The paint smell was very, very strong for a few days and it permeated throughout the house. The job was excellent, though. So far it has withstood everything and still looks great."

"We were very pleased with the work from Grout Medi!. They arrived as scheduled for the estimate and took the time to really understand the work. They asked for permission to pull up a loose tile to examine what was underneath which revealed rot and additional repair work. While this increased the price of their services over a competitive bid, I felt that they would be cheaper in the long run as I anticipated the other contractor would have identified the problem during the project and then tacked on additional costs doing the work when we weren't in a position to negotiate. The repair team showed up as scheduled each day. They were very professional, shared status, and asked questions as needed. They did discover another issue during the repair and presented a few options for repair as well as the risk/benefit of each. Overall, the work looks amazing! Our floors and shower looks brand new! Highly recommend!"

"Went very well. The company was a pleasure to deal with in all respects and did what they said, on schedule. It was a major job that involved excavating under a porch and extending drainage lines way into the back yard, completed over a couple of weeks. At the end of the project, I believed that the slope of a section of the reconstructed front walk was not quite right. Randy had his guys back out here within a couple of days to redo it. We'd had a major water problem in the basement since buying the house over 10 years ago. CWI did the waterproofing in the spring, and we've had a couple of long, heavy rains since then. Basement is now completely dry."

"<p>Mike is very knowledgeable and courteous. He provided quality materials and modified the contract to include all  specifics I requested. The installation crew was quite another story. I had to remove black marks from my siding, shutters, and garage door ... some scratches I could not remove.  They did not comply with the manufacturer's instructions for weatherproofing the Velux skylights (I'm not saying that the deviations will cause a leak ... just puts me at risk if there is a problem). Debris from the roof also ripped open one of my window screens. There are loose nails under two of the shingles ... they are up high were I cannot get to them. I have contacted Mike by phone and email requesting he have someone remove the nails from under the shingles, and return my front window screen (he took it to have it repaired) but to date there has been no follow up communication or action from Mike. But for these discrepancies I would be pleased with the job.<br /> <br /> Update. No one knocks the ball out of the park every time at bat and though there were a couple issues with this job they have all been resolved. Mike and his crew made things right and the roof looks great. </p>"

"Julian provided a very professional contract with all the details covered. <br /> The work started on time but finished late due to three days of weather delay. <br /> We have used Julian's company before and were just as impressed this <br /> time with his professionalism, attention to detail and close contact with us. <br /> He introduced his assistant to us the first day so that we would know him <br /> if he came alone, which he did one of the days. <br /> He color matched paint, proposed a new product for the deck (stain and seal) <br /> and found and fixed many things that were missed in the initial walk-around. <br /> He threw in at no additional cost the door and trim of a backyard shed. <br /> He left us with a small amount of each paint color and product for touch-ups. <br /> All in all, a great experience - we plan to hire them to do the interior next. <br />"
