"I recently had the pleasure of working with Deck Helmet and its owner, Jason, on rebuilding both my second-level deck and lower-level deck. Despite the challenge of working around an existing pergola, they did an amazing job, managing to rebuild the deck without dismantling the pergola. For this reason, Jason sent his go-to crew, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. My wife and I are very picky and detail-oriented, and Oscar, who led the crew, was always one step ahead with all the answers to our questions. The Trex decking looks incredible, and the price quoted was well worth it. Once we decided to go with Deck Helmet, Jason sent a cleaning prep person the next day. "Travis and Chris were a delightful team, arriving on time, staying with the job, and completing work as promised.  Even though I was at work during most of the job, Travis communicated routinely on email regarding status of the job. Also, Travis and Chris were careful not to recoat the deck during two days when rain threatened, and it did rain. I was surprised on how much sanding and prep work was accomplished before they applied the stain, but every home handyman knows 60-80 percent of the time associated with any repair or maintenance is in the preparation.  Three coats of stain were applied and work was completed on a Saturday, as Travis wanted to take advantage of good weather before the threat of rain came back into the forecast.  In addition deck re-coating, Travis repaired several spots on the underneath patio at minimal cost.  The price of the job was extremely fair - 50% paid before the work started and the balance after completion.  We would not hesitate to call on Graham Restoration for future work.

"Bob Williams is GREAT! We're glad we found him! We had a real emergency: a tenant in a townhome we own had a break-in (brick thrown through a sliding-glass door), making the basement unsafe and VERY cold (it had snowed). Bob was very sympathetic and although he was busy with other jobs, came as quickly as he could for a (free) estimate and subsequent repairs. He is very nice and knowledgeable, honest and reliable, and offers very good prices and excellent communication, always getting back to us quickly and answering all our questions. Contacted All American painting & Home repair company based on Angie's list reviews. Mr. Wayland (Eddie) arrived, gave us an estimate, took his time explained everything he was going to do and how he was going to preform the necessary work that needed to be done. We had a few set backs based on the  weather as this was all exterior work. Paula(Eddie's wife) kept us informed , excellent communication, as to when he would be arriving and when he was not. Eddie and his assistance Orval are hard workers, very detailed, very professional. Windows look brand new.

This is a family owned business, that provide outstanding service, we have referred him to our neighbor, we would not hestitate to use this company in the future. Very pleased. They are located in Front Royal Virginia just to make sure you have the right company.
