"They initially thought we needed the foundations and poles replaced on one or more support poles for our main border beam. This was based on measurements before the carpet was taken out. We scheduled the work, and had the carpet removed. Once removed, it was apparent to the crew that showed up that the work didn’t need to be done. They quickly reassessed and were honest with me about the reassessment. Their crew was already on site and they could have easily just done the work and billed us. They had a structural engineer contact us to follow up and do a formal reassessment of what work needs to be done. Their crew chief attended the engineer’s assessment to make sure they understood. Their estimators and crew were friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I paid their crew (already on site) to tear apart some wall to make sure we completed the inspection, but no additional work needed to be done. Their work ethic and commitment to getting this right has them on the top of my list for any future work I need done in their area of expertise."

"This is the second time that I have used S&S Waterproofing and Foundation Repair. The first time was to fix very large sink holes that were opening up in my front yard, apparently due to underground collapsed drainage piping. This time, when I contacted Steve I asked if they did retaining walls. Steve came to look at the job. I immediately expressed my concern with my limited budget, which Steve completely understood. He offered several options on how to complete the job within my budgetary constraints. We hired S&S Waterpoofing and Foundation Repair to do the job. During each phase of the job, Steve sent me photos of the job progression. He answered any questions that I had almost immediately via text message. Most importantly, he also made sure that my wife was onboard with anything that they were doing. Apparently he knows who controls the money and who the boss is! LOL! Additionally, during the job Steve identified issues with a previous contractors work and addressed those for me as well. The only thing better than the beauty of the wall is how well it works, drainage is completely handled with ease, even during bad rainstorms! "Ernesto & his team provided great expertise and quality workmanship throughout a French drain and sump pump installation. When a small pool of water appeared in my furnished basement, Ernesto quickly diagnosed the groundwater infiltration issue and started the project inside 2 days. When we found a leaky pipe that was compounding the problem, he had a plumber on-site within hours to support the additional fix, and later on, connected us with quality support for the drywall and painting recovery. The situation could have been a mysterious nightmare, but Ernesto shed light on the problems and solved them in short order."

"Travis and Chris were a great team and did an amazing job bringing our guest bath out of the 80's and into a beautiful modern space. Travis worked with my husband and me on our design vision and helped us pick out materials to complete the renovation. From there, we made a deposit and scheduled a date. This was a complete bathroom overhaul that required all new fixtures. When they tore up the carpet (yes, carpet) in the bathroom they found that the floor was half the cement foundation and half wood subfloor, which made for an uneven surface not ideal for laying tile. Travis quickly came up with a solution that allowed us to level out the floor and put down the tile we wanted. This delayed the project slightly, but it was well worth it to have a beautiful finished product. Each evening Travis and Chris cleaned up the space as much as possible and were very respectful in our house. I would definitely hire Graham Restoration for our next project and look forward to working with them again!
