Andy showed up, had me breathe into a paper bag (figuratively, of course) got me calmed down and pointed in the right direction. He suggested a trusted salvage service and went right to work. He went way above and way beyond to provide the best customer service I have ever been party to. He stayed with us until the county (ultimately responsible for my predicament) showed up to start repairs. I am already planning to call back after this mess gets settled to complete some long-put-off projects."

"I contacted Granite Vision and spoke with Roni, explaining that because the vanity was in an awkward place in this small bathroom, I needed help to decide what was required. Joseph and another member came within a couple of days to assess the situation, make recommendations, and take measurements. Joseph then emailed pictures of various granite slabs since I was unable to get to their site, and within a week his team installed the top, offset sink, and my faucet. Both their installer and plumber readily answered all questions. Also, because I have add'l bathroom remodeling to do, I asked Joseph for any recommendations he may have for providers with whom he's worked who do smaller jobs and are good. He did make some recommendations and responded quickly to any questions I had regarding these providers. I highly recommend Granite Vision not only for the quality of their product but also for their professionalism and support."

"I sincerely did not have a problem with the professional service per se, the technician was professional prompt on time, and knew what he was doing. On Dec 9, 2020, it took him about 30 minutes to figure out the problem and found the unit is still under warranty. He ordered the part and told me once the part is received, I will be contacted to schedule replacement. I called the office they did not call me. They were quick in responding and replaced the part on Dec 19. Cost is my main issue. They wanted $119.95 for diagnosis fees which WILL NOT be considered a part of the final repair fees. I believe it’s not a good business not to tell the client beforehand how much you will charge as service fees, they did not. Only after they diagnosed it. After a discussion with the technician, he talked to the office and the service fee was forfeited. The part replacement cost was $403! It took less than 30 minutes, 25 to be exact, to replace. Not sure how the rate of this charge is justified. I was told about the $403 charge right after the first visit but did not have a choice at that point. With all due respect, I understand, as explained to me, they have more overhead budget more than mom and pop shops. I still believe this total repair should not have been more than $250 at the most."

"Bill was very responsive and did a very thorough assessment of the water damage. He provided a detailed estimate for the work at a fair price. My homebuilder agreed to repair the damage and I didn’t need to hire Flood Crew LLC. I would hire Flood Crew LLC in the future if needed."

"Wilson and his crew are amazing! They fixed an armoire door (antique French, so no hinges) when no one else was able to do so, and restored its veneer and cleaned the glass on the doors which had 200 years of mineral deposits. Next, they reupholstered a barrel chair, doing a beautiful job; it looks better than when I first bought it. Wilson has over 40 years of restoration experience with the Catholic Church in Italy and Ecuador, and it shows. He is also very personable and diligent when informing his customers of their job status. I highly recommend d them."

"MJL did a great job remodeling our Kitchen with new cabinets, granite counter-tops, and sink/faucet. I bought the appliances separately and MJL installed them as well. Price was very reasonable and the quality was top notch. Mike delivered as promised, completing the job before an influx of relatives arrived for our daughter's wedding. We are very pleased with the workmanship and attention to detail. It is rare that you don't find something left incomplete or just not quite right with a remodeling job...but that's exactly what happen with MJL; we are very satisfied! Thanks Mike!

"The job went excellently. The two-man team (plumber and helper) arrived about 5-10 minutes BEFORE the 2 hour window provided. We took them to the site of the burst water pipe and they immediately went into action to find the culprits. They perform a fantastic job on two burst pipes quickly, professionally and they cleaned up after themselves. Although they no longer provide their advertised senior or military discounts, their prices were very competitive. We were very pleased with their work and would quickly hire again. BTW, I looked for plumbers on Angie's List and went down the line (from the "A" list) on closest to my location. Modern Plumbing Concepts was the only company that actually said they could come the same day for this emergency operation and am I so glad they did. They introduced me to a superb new company that I would not hesitate to do business with again for normal plumbing jobs."

"It was July 3rd when we had the emergency. Mr. Phillip Harris, PNH Maintenance was the first to call after we posted our problem. He arrived shortly thereafter and his crew worked into the evening installing a new water tank and electric outlet in our basement. It was then discovered that our 42 year old water pump was kaput. Mr. Harris promised he would be back the following morning, July 4th, and install a new water pump. True to his word they turned up early and worked half a day to ensure we'd have water for our 4th of July. They unselfishly sacrificed part of their holiday for us, when they should have been spending it with their families. What can I say. They were wonderful. Considering the amount of work and time they put in the cost seemed fair. We're still waiting for warranty info on the water tank. Thank you Mr. Harris and your wonderful workers.
